Boiling Oil Mods
1.) Alien Experiments – Found in the Aliens Supernatural Subcategory.
When your sim is abducted by Aliens, (s)he can now suffer any ONE of the following effects:
– Become pregnant
– Become or be cured of any one of the following supernatural creatures in game: witch/warlock (all alignments separately configurable), Plantsim, Vampire, Werewolf, or zombie.
– Have their gender or personality scrambled (as with an imperfect resurrection, includes substantial skill loss)
– Suffer Amnesia as if an Evil Witch cast the “Tabula Rasa” spell on them (No AL required for this one)
– Possible motive drops
– Be Electrocuted. Electrocution KILLS the sim, but they will immediately be resurrected: 50% change to return normal, 33% chance to return altered, 17% chance to return as a zombie! When a Zombie is Electrocuted, nothing happens
– Receive a Permanent Gender Change token, or have it taken away. This requires BO – Alien Experiments – P4A Override.
– Nothing Happen At All.
You have full control over the probability for each effect to happen to your sim. Chances can be entered in the ‘Experiment Probability’ BCON, and can be different for males and females. Just set the probability for a certain effect to 0 (zero) and it will never occur.

2.) Aliena Impregnata – Found in the Aliens Supernatural Subcategory.
Add a new/extra PT alien donor to your game. It can be used as a default replacement for the original Pollination Tech 9 or add an extra Poly-Tech in addition according to your preference.

3.) Auto Cash Register – Found in the OFB Cashier Badge Mods Subcategory
Allows your Sims to make purchases automatically without the use of a cash register. Conflicts with Inge Jones’ Auto Cash Register. The differences are Boiling Oil’s mod will use the same techniques as the Simulated Sales mod listed below to prevent non-selectable sims from stocking up on unnecessary junk.

4.) Better or No Lost Friend Notifications – Found in the Friendship Social Subcategory
Two different mods. One to remove notifications when Sim friendships levels fall below 50 aka “no longer friends.” The second to shorten notifications to just read “Sim A” is no longer friends with Sim B.”
5.) Bottomless Bottle – Found in the Listed in Bottles & Breastfeeding Mods in the Baby/Family Subcategory
Never spoils, never empties and only costs a dollar. Conflicts with Inge Jones of SimLogical‘s Bottomless Bottle. This is a smaller file size plus costs less.
6.) Butler Is Not A Nanny – Found in the Baby Mods in the Family Subcategory
Three different versions. One will simply stop autonomously cooking meals, the other to just simply stop feeding babies and the third will stop meddling with babies, toddlers and children all together.

7.) Children Get Bottles – Found in the Bottles & Breastfeeding Mods in the Baby/Family Subcategory
Let’s Children get bottles from the fridge and feed toddlers. However: this ONLY works for all the Maxis fridges.
8.) Curb All Auto Read To –Film & Lit Mods Subcategory
Stops children from autonomously asking to be read to and stops teens and older Sims from autonomously reading to children. Toddlers can ask to be read to.
9.) Customized Compost Bin – Found in Gardening Mods in the Nature Subcategory
Compost bin will now hold 50 units in stead of 30, the rate at which trash is composted has been lowered by 25%, and Compost can now be sold for §5 per unit (§7 if the active sim is a member of the Garden Club). Additionally, the bin’s contents will now be shown in the pie menu. There is also an update which holds double the amount, and works twice as fast. This new bin holds 100 units, and converts a unit of trash to compost once every 4 hours.
10.) Espresso For Visitors Found in the Coffee Mods subcategory of Food Mods
This mod will enable the Espresso machine for anyone who’s allowed to drink coffee.
11.) Feed Baby – Found in Bottles & Breastfeeding Mods in the Baby/Family Subcategory
A modified version of Squinge’s Nurse Babies mod. Comes in three versions.
1- SQ-fixed: Squinge’s original, but fixes the autonomy and endless loop.
2- Non-Auto: Same as above, but includes a fix to suppress autonomous bottle-feeding of babies when a living female parent (mommy) is present on the lot. Of course, if mommy is absent (or dead) or the child has no female parents, then autonomous bottle-feeding will occur normally. See notes in link.
3- Special: Allows autonomous breast-feeding, but no more often than bottle-feeding would normally occur. Also includes the smart suppression of autonomous bottle-feeding as found in the non-auto version. See notes in link.

12.) Feed Baby Plug-ins – Found in Bottles & Breastfeeding Mods in the Baby/Family Subcategory
Plug ins for the Feed Baby mod listed above and only works with Non-Auto and Special version of the mod. Comes in three different plug ins.
1- Feed Baby – Nursemaids H-only: This plug-in allows any playable teen or adult who lives on the same lot and who has either a normal Baby Bottle, Inge Jones’ Simlogical Bottomless Baby Bottle, or the BO – Bottomless Bottle in their inventory, to breast-feed the baby. This includes father, brothers and sisters, servos… anyone of the correct age-groups who lives on the same lot!
2- Feed Baby – Nursemaids H&F: Does the same as the above, but ALSO allows visiting blood-relatives (Aunts, Uncles, teenage cousins, etc.) to breast-feed the baby, as long as they have one of those bottles in their inventory.
3- Feed Baby – Smart NPCs: This plug-in stops Butlers, Nannies and Servos from bottle-feeding your babies as long as there is anyone available who can breast-feed them. If you don’t use a Nursemaid plug-in, they will only register mommy as valid, but if you do use Nursemaids, those will also be recognized as long as they are present on the lot.

13.) Food Dish Autonomy – Found in the Food Interaction Mods Subcategory of Food Mods
One of three known put away left over food mods. Designed to be compatible with MogHughson‘s version. In this version there are several updates.
– Sims sitting down will not get up to store leftovers or wash dishes.
– Any lot where there are Dorm cooks, Sims will not try to store leftovers.
– Sims will collect up to seven plates instead of the default of five.
14.) Get Leftovers Fix – Found in the Mealtime Mods Subcategory of Food Mods
Stops other Sims from taking your food once you’ve taken it out of the fridge. As of 2015 this mod has been discontinued for any tech support. Read below for other similar leftover fix mods if this doesn’t work for you like Cyjon’s No Food Theft.
15.) Ghost Busters Found in the Ghost Mod Subcategory of the Supernatural
Two slightly different mods.
Ghosts-Be-Gone alters the routine that determines whether a ghost should spawn to haunt the place. With this mod in place, ghosts should NEVER appear.
Grimmy-Be-Gone short-circuits the Grim Reaper. When someone dies, their Tombstone will appear immediately, without the whole GR game-show.
16.) Gnome Hack – Found in the Friendship Social Subcategory
This is an alternative for Monique’s Relationships Panel Remover, and it uses the code Monique developed. The only change is, whereas Monique cloned the Kozy Kitsch Gnome, this is grafted her code onto the Maxis object itself. The only advantage is: this is much smaller: only 10% of the original object.
17.) Immunity Controller – Found in the Health, Illiness & Sickness Mod Category
Removes illness from supernatural Sims such as Zombies, Vampires, Werewolves, Plantsims and Servos. Plant Sims will no longer be able to catch poison ivy. Also (separately) available – Allergy Controller. Does for allergies what the Immunity Controller does for sickness, and also prevents hoverbots (even custom ones as available at SimWardrobe, for example) from sneezing. Allergy Controller has its own BCON to configure allergies for your sims.

Parents can leave babies, toddlers and children unattended. Sims will not whine about not wanting to leave the little ones at home alone, and the Social Worker and the Animal Control Officer will stay away!

More reasonable expectations on the Bust a Move dance interaction. This mod now:
– Enabled adult & elders to dance with teens (before teens could dance w/them but not reversed)
– Minimal Active Personality points are required. This sets the minimal number of active points a sim must have to be able to do this. Lazy sims (less than 3 active points) will NOT autonomously Bust-A-Move.
–Minimal Outgoing Personality points are required. This sets the minimal number of Outgoing points a sim must have to be able to do this. Shy sims (less than 3 outgoing points) will NOT autonomously Bust-A-Move.
–Maximum Fatness allowed. Sets how fat a sim may be and still be allowed to Bust-A-Move. Sims with their fitness in the lower one-third of the spectrum will NOT autonomously Bust-A-Move.
–Maximum Age allowed. Determines at what age sims can still autonomously do this. Adults are set to default.
21.) Less Feed Baby – Found in Bottles & Breastfeeding Mods in the Baby Subcategory
In the unmodded game, sims will bottle-feed babies as soon as the baby’s hunger level falls below 50 on a scale of -100..100. Changes the number to -20.
22.) Less Dance On Toes – Mod is listed under the following categories:

Restricts the dancing on toes interactions between children and older Sims and sets requirements for them to pass in order to be able to autonomous do so.
– Will not be an option to do so if there is no stereo in room.
– If using Seasons EP or higher, Sims will won’t autonomously dance outside in Winter.
– Tuneable gender dance preferences set. The default settings allow females to autonomously dance on toes at any time, but requires males to pass at least one extra test. Minimum Music & Dance enthusiasm is set to 6, minimum Activity and Niceness are set to 5.
– Outgoing sims to dance on toes, if they make pass the minimum Outgoingness level
23.) Less Jump Rope – Found in the Fitness & Workout Hobby Subcategory
Tones down the level of autonomous behavior of how often Sims can jump rope. Those with Seasons or above, Sims will no longer jump rope outdoors in Winter. Sims will now always jump rope to the max level of difficulty available to them. You can configure which Sims are and aren’t allowed to jump rope by age, gender, hobby and personality.
24.) Less Stupid Play – Found in the Playful Mods in the Personality Subcategory
This mod limits some stupid autonomous Play in the following manner:
– “Red Hands” and “Rock Paper Scissors” will not be initiated by YAs, adults or elders, unless their Playfulness is 6 or higher. Also, whoever does initiate these games, will only target children or teens.
– “Show Off” will still only be initiated by children, of course, but they will NOT autonomously target anyone older than Teen.
-“Swing Around” is a bit special: children will not autonomously ask anyone older than Teen to swing them around. Anyone Teen or older may still autonomously initiate the Swing Around, but only if both Active and Playful are 6 or above, and they’re not visibly pregnant!
– Sims can still be directed to do any of these actions.
25.) Less Toddler Annoyance – Found in the Toddler Mods in the Family Subcategory
Changes how toddlers interact based on skills.
– If a Toddler hasn’t learned to talk, they can’t ask for things like to be read to, for food or attention.
– Will not ask for a diaper change if haven’t learned how to potty train
– Hunger, Social & Hygiene all must be -20 before they start asking for that specific need.
– If a toddler is doing something other Sims will leave the baby alone unless you direct them to do so.
26.) Lower Fish Prices – Mod is listed under the following categories:

27.) Moody Birds – Found in the Other Pets Mods in the Pet Subcategory
Makes birds a little grumpier in the game with a higher chance of being bitten. Sims will also close the cage door after play. It shortens autonomous playing with the bird time too
28.) More Realistic Yields – Found in the Harvestable Mods in the Farm Mod Subcategory
It changes the yields of all fruit trees, to give 40 units per harvest. It also changes Apples to be no more nutritious than Lemons and Oranges, and it alters their prices to conform to normal food: §2 per food point.
29.) Multi-Key Dorm Doors – Found in the University Households Mod Subcategory
Want multiple Sims to share a room? Or only allow certain Sims to enter your room at any time? Now you can. A single sim can have multiple keys to various rooms to either live in or visit.
30.) Multi-PT #4 & 8 – Found in Aliens Supernatural Subcategory.
Another multi-pt alien mod. This one is tunable so you can select what gender of Alien will impregnate your abducted sims. You need to have the Alien Experiments mod by Boiling Oil listed above for this to work.

33.) Names – Found in the Text Replacer & Hidden Stats Mods in the Game Fix Subcategory
A replacement names-list (live.package) so your townies aren’t stuck with the silly, boring, repetitive Maxis names. Contains 1150 male first names, 1477 female first names, and 1844 last names (identical for males and females). This makes for a total of over 2.1 mln combinations for males, and over 2.7 mln for females.
34.) Need Freak – Found in the Needs & Mood Mods Category
Has seven various styles & functions but when set will automatically prevent a Sims needs from falling below a certain check point so you never have to worry.

Removes and prevents certain memories called Trash memories from begin generated in your game automatically that can usually cause game lag. That means your sims will no longer get any Met so-and-so memories and Moved In/Out out. Biggest feature is that it prevents gossip. This mod does NOT remove memories that have already been added to your sims. It only prevents NEW memories of certain types from being added. Also suppresses the hug bug if you have it
46.) No Welcome Home Hugs – Found in the Children Subcategory
Children will no longer rush to their parent to give them a hug when they come home from work.

In Neighborhood View or anywhere else, you not only get a title like “Shoddy shop” or “Visionary Vending Venture”, but you also get the level number associated with that rank.
48.) Pass Along to Family – Found in the Open For Business Mod Category
In addition to household members, your active sim can also Pass Along their Business Rewards to their Parents, their Siblings, or their Children, even if they live in different households.
49.) Pet Beds Satisfy Wants – Found in the Pet Care Subcategory
When your Sims roll the want to buy a pet bed, and you go to buy a one tile pet bed it will not satisfy the want. This mod fixes it that so it counts. This mod specifically covers a mod from Paladin’s one tile pet bed.
50.) Phone Check Fix – Found in the Phone Mod Subcategory
With this fix, you can call all townies, downtownies, vacation tourists, service NPCs, Garden Club members and Hobby leaders, whether they have a phone or not!
51.) Phones For All – Found in the Phone Mod Subcategory
Phones for All simply pretends that all teens and older that do NOT live at the current lot, own a cell phone. So, as long as the target isn’t a child, and you know them, you can call them.
52.) Phone Makeover – Found in the Phone Mod Subcategory
Combines several mods into one.
– Prevents calling certain supernaturals time of day. IE: Calling servos & witches at any time of day or night, no calling vampires during the day.
– Gives nicer messages when a Sim isn’t home and – where possible – includes at which time it makes sense to try and reach them instead.
– Call all NPCs including the BV masseur/masseuse
53.) Pick Another Toy – Found in the Toddler Mods in the Family Subcategory
Toddlers will no longer try to play with any Peg box, Xylophone or Wobbly Wabbit Head that’s already being used by another toddler.
54.) Plan Maternity Outfit – Found in the Pregnancy & Fertility Mods Subcategory
Allows you to set up your sim’s pregnancy wear, even while they’re not pregnant yet. Works for all game configurations with OFB or better and a Pregnancy-wear-any-outfit mod.
55.) Quick Bedmaking – Found in the Bed/Bedroom Mod Subcategory
Changes it to where in normal game play only lazy Sims will actively make their bed fast to all Sims will speed up the process on how quickly their beds are made.
56.) Random Job Offer – Found in the Job Mods in the Work Subcategory
Changes the default settings of how many chances of job offers you’ll receive when a Sim is looking for work on either a computer or in the newspaper. For instance the default settings in a newspaper is always 3 jobs and a computer is 5. This randomizes your chances. The percentages are rough estimates of:

Be able to select a dorm door without your Sim having to physically walk to their room to claim it.
58.) Residential Shopping – Found in the Open For Business Mod Category
Sell food, clothing, magazine racks, and such from a home business. Changes the objects themselves and will have a custom content star next to it but their are instructions in the link on how to get around that if it bothers you.
59.) Reward Catalog – Found in the Aspiration Reward Mod Category
Collectively dump an entire household’s worth of already earned aspiration benefits into this notebook so when you want to use it, a single Sim can withdraw as little or much as they like. Originally by Monique, link below, but with some changes you can read in the link.
60.) Sanitary Sanity – Found in the Hygiene & Water Mods Category
This mod combines two mods that were incompatible together. TJ from SimBiology AlwaysFlushToiletWashHands and Squinge’s Male Pee Sitting down.
Now ALL sims use the toilet sitting; they always flush, and neat enough sims (neatness 3 or more) wash their hands. There are two versions of this mod: the normal version, and the No-Privacy (NP) version. The latter should stop most (but probably not exactly ALL) sims from shooing others out of the bathroom.
61.) Sellable Car – Found in the Car Mod Subcategory
Makes it so when you finish restoring a restorable car, you are now able to sell it immediately w/out going through the buy mode option.
62.) Shoppers Respect Privacy – Found in the Open For Business Mod Category
Sometimes Sims will still pass through locked doors and enter through what’s supposed to be private areas off limit to customers. This should fix that.
63.) Simulated Sales – Found in the Badge- Sales Mods Category
This mod makes it so when you sell items to a townie, the Sim only acts like they are purchasing an item, it does not go into their inventory as it would in an unmodded game.
64.) Skill While Tinkering – Found in the Tinkering Mod Subcategory.
In a vanilla game when a Sim studies studies mechanical, they will gain tinkering but not the other way around. IE: When a Sim is tinkering on something, they won’t gain any mechanical skill points. This fixes that.
65.) Slow Aging – Found in the Aging Mod Subcategory
Slows will only age up one day every Sunday, but not on other days. There are three versions of this mod
1- Slow Aging: works for all sims except babies.
2- Slow Aging for adults: only affects adults (the fertile life span of simmies). Elders still age every day, as do Toddlers, Children and Teenagers.
3- Slow Aging for Witches: special for people who think if Zombies, Vampires and Servos can live forever, Witches (who use magic after all) would have ways to magically extend their life by a factor 7 at least! This therefor only works on witches/warlocks. Adults and Elders only!
66.) Slow Aging Controller – Found in the Aging Mod Subcategory
This is an advanced mod but is very interesting. It combines three mods from three different creators into one but also a more customizable way to control the way your Sims age individually. There are instructions to where you can manually preset with SimPE your default settings before you load your game which can not only be set by age group IE: toddlers, children, teens, etc but type IE: Supernaturals like Werewolves, werewolves and witches.
By default the settings are:
– Adults & teens age normally
– Adults & Elders Werewolves age three times a week
– Adult & Elder Plantsim age twice a week
– Adult & Elder Witches age once a week.
Please note that the aging menu is NOT available for Young Adults, Pets, Visitors, Employees, NPCs, Servos, Vampires or Zombies.
67.) Smustle Limited – Found in the Music & Dance Subcategory
Everyone can autonomously smustle as much as they like on Downtown lots and Downtownies can autonomously smustle anytime, anywhere. This is meant to compliment and can be used with Music & Dance Fixes also by Boiling Oil on this page.
68.) Social Group Greetings – Found in the Friendship Social Subcategory
In a default vanilla game with Apartment Life created social townies. Social class townies have their own special gestures, stories, and attires. If Sims do a gesture or tell a story corresponding their social class, they will get a relationship boost. This mod makes it so instead of guessing which social class group the Sim is in to get the appropriate relationship boost, they need to pass a series of two check points and they will automatically default greet the Social Townie with the right greeting. All others, however, will just mess about in the normal fashion, choosing the standard greeting.
69.) Social Kiss Cheek – Found in the Friendship Social Subcategory
This mod will allow you to direct your sims to kiss others, and it will have the same ‘value’ as a family kiss, in that it does not have any romantic meaning. But sims will not do this autonomously, so you’re in full control.
70.) Spawn Objects – Found in the Game Fix Mod Category
Be able to spawn mod objects while on Community Lots. IE: The Sim Blender or Sim Manipulator to name a couple. Has a list of 52 Mods that can be spawned at any given time. Simply click your Sim and choose “Spawn…” and select the desired mod.
71.) Stay Late – Found in the Community Lot Mods Category
On residential lots this mod allows non-residents to stay longer as such.
– Vampires will stay around until 5 AM. Then they split in order to be home before dawn.
– Townie Children who have NOT been invited to sleep-over, leave after 8 PM.
– Playable children who have NOT been invited to sleep over, will be picked up by their parents as usual. If the parent(s) came with the children, the whole family leaves, unless they’ve all been invited to stay. (*)
– Anyone else who has NOT been invited to stay the night, leaves when all residents are asleep.
– Anyone who HAS been invited to stay the night or to sleep-over, will ONLY leave if they’re in motive distress and can NOT resolve it as guests on the current lot.

In an unmodded game, when one of your sims has become friends with any service sim – like the maid, the nanny or the butler – that service sim will, at the end of their working day, start asking if your sim wants them to stay over. A good enough relationship means that the NPC must be in love with one of the playables or they must be best friends w/a crush. If your playable Sim is asleep they will simply just leave.

This is a big mod but it corrects the station and crates to a price setting more in line with normal food: a crate of Eggplants will sell for §240, Cucumbers, Strawberries and Pole Beans for §160, and the others for §80 a crate. That’s still §2/food point, pus 11% extra for packing them. For this mod to work, you’ll still need the original from SimWardrobe

Have you ever run across the message: Lot Full of Sims? Even if your lot clearly doesn’t have eight Sims? This mod tricks the coding into thinking that only one poor single lonely Sim lives there and can add as many Sims to your home as you want.
78.) Vacation Actions Limited – Found in the Vacation Mods Category
This mod limits autonomous vacation actions in the following way: Vacation actions can only be done autonomously if a Sim is in the correct vacation sub-hood. The vacation locals are not restricted in this as long as they perform the actions belonging to their own sub-hood IE:
– A Mountain dweller can autonomously do the Chest Pound or Slap Dance regardless of where they are.
– An Islander can autonomously do the Hang Loose, Hula Dance, Fire Dance or sing the Sea Chanty at any place or time
– An Easterner can autonmously Bow, perform Tai Chi or tell the Dragon Tale at their leisure.
