There is a mod similar to this by CtfG on this page but that creator cloned the object and changed the behavior while this is a global mod it’s not cloned.

This object allows teenagers to modify their face. It is still advisable to be in at least gold mood when using it. Object was cloned from the ShowBiz career reward and does not overwrite it! Available in Buy mode, “Misc – Misc” for §5.000.

Plants in the hydroponic garden (Slacker career reward) will no longer die from neglect.
6.) Education Bookcase Fix by Cyjon
Sims studying skills from the Education bookcase will stick with the activity longer. The Education bookcase allows studying additional skills (Creativity, etc.) which aren’t available to normal bookcases. EA forgot to update the Education bookcase to consider those skills as skills, so the game will consider these studies to be fun activities which makes it hard to keep sims from quitting if motives get a little low
7.) No Candy Machine Failure by Cyjon
Prevents failure when using the candy machine so that it is a valuable training tool (like other career rewards) rather than a useless conversation piece.
8.) No Podium Play by Cyjon
Prevents kids from autonomously playing with politics and law podiums. Player can still direct kids to do so if the sound of children burping into microphones is desired.
9.) Resurrect-O-Nomitron Mark 2 by Cyjon
This object is a version of the Resurrect-O-Nomitron available in the Buy catalog for the bargain price of 10,000 simoleons. The old Resurrect-O-Nomitron is still available as a Paranormal reward. There are now two versions of this mod. -MaxisPersonality uses the old Maxis method of determining zombie personality. -CyjonPersonality uses the personality changes in the Zombie Personality mod. Install one or the other but not both. The Resurrect-O-Nomitron Mark 2 allows any sim to resurrect a sim normally, as a zombie, or as a vampire. There is no cost for the service. Target selection has been changed so that the tombstone must be on the lot, but the calling sim doesn’t have to know the victim. Although it can be used in normal play, it is designed to be used by a cemetery keeper who controls the fate of the dead. He doesn’t have to know them and doesn’t have to pay for them.
10.) Spy Microphone Fixes by Cyjon

Fixes the biotech station medicine so that it will actually work. It was previously broken, reading the value from the token at the index of the token index (usually out of range, on rare occasions simply garbage), and if the value was not out of range, subtracting the medicine from the garbage value and writing it over the real severity value. It would also only attempt to act upon the first disease, even if it had been cured. This fixes all issues so that Biotech medicine will correctly reduce the severity of the first active disease, if any, assuming it works and does not infect you.
12.) Scanner Gun Hack by Pescado

Sims will now put the scanner gun back where they found it rather than ditching it God knows where. If it gets dropped, it will be automatically moved back to its original resting place. Sims will refrain from scanning objects likely to disappear on them, like things that are in use, and vehicles. If an object manages to disappear anyway while being scanned, the sim will gracefully stop scanning things rather than jump and lose the scanner, their hat, and their queue.
