The following are all known mods listed for the creator Chris Hatch. If any mods aren’t working or if I’m missing any mods by this creator, please use the contact page to email me.
1.) Age Correct – Found in the Aging Mods Subcategory
This mod will reset and correct age settings for your neighborhood whenever you add other age related mods. Want to extend or decrease your Sims lives? Add this mod for it to reset the entire neighborhood and then just remove it when your done. Will also factory reset ages to Basegame settings.

A mod that is in a way, similar to the Butler NPC as in they are capable of doing multiple NPC jobs IE: a nanny, maid & gardener in one while only generating one NPC. Except this NPC is setup only to use do certain features within certain set mods IE: the carnival as a carnie. These are listed within the link download for their specific functions.
3.) Alternate Pregnancy Controler – Found in the +18 Adult Mods Category
This mod is complicated & breaks down into the following parts.
1.) Prostitution- Enabled prostitution from either a Sim home or community lot/Brothel. Your sim is either the prostitute and can sell services to visitors or another Sim can be invited to your home as a prostitute and can buy services. Starting price is at $200 but can be adjusted once activated. The prostitute’s clientele can be set to accept one or all genders.
For OFB Users: There is no Prostitute option in OFB so when you’ve assigned a sim to be a prostitute it will appear that they have no assignment. On a business lot, you can assign an employee to a bed as a prostitute. Once assigned, all of the normal bed functions except “make bed” are disabled. Customers/clients can purchase a woohoo, the assigned prostitute or business owner/manager can sell a woohoo. If the owner/manager sells a woohoo, they sell the service of the assigned prostitude, they don’t service the client themselves. If a potential client doesn’t have enough money, the prostitute will tell the clients to “piss off” and the client will leave the lot. If your employee has a work outfit assigned, they will change into it at the end of each woohoo.
2.) Miscarriage & Teen Pregnancy
A mod that allows for teen pregnancy and miscarriage without using InTeen. This will detect and use ‘Triplets and Quads’ mod if you have it installed. This works very well with the hospital mod and will detect the Midwife service if it’s installed and warn you when it’s time to call a midwife

Be able to live off campus but not in your own home in a University neighborhood. Mod will spawn only other YoungAdult’s into the complex. Neighbors will attend class as they would if you lived in a dorm. If/when you move a playable sim into an apartment previously rented by an NPC then that NPC has the Apartment Neighbor token removed so she/he is free to move into a dorm or another vacant apartment later. Rent is approximately 25% of what the rent would be in any non-university neighborhood. This doesn’t enable Apartment Buildings to show in the Lot Bin at University Neighborhoods however, you’ll need either to create a new apartment or ‘plop down’ an apartment building in another sub-hood and use the changelotzoning cheat to turn the lot into a community or residential lot then move it back into the Lot Bin. Plop that down in your University, enter it and use “changelotzoning apartmentbase” to turn it back into an Apartment.

A simple plug in in the Ask menu to learn about a Sims family tree.

Just a default replacement that enables your babies to come with hair.. and a bow.

For those that don’t want to use the Clean UI by GreatCheescakePersona, this is a mod that expands your CAS loading screen to be able to view more options of clothing at any given time

You can build a Childcare Centre and take toddlers there and pick them up later by your sim’s own car, ‘ownable car’ is the only way to visit the lot. To drive toddlers to childcare first you need to build a childcare centre, build it as a regular community lot, then place the Globe Sculpture anywhere which will convert the lot into a childcare centre. Childcare centre’s main feature is that it does not remove visitors each time it loads except in buy/build mode so that your toddlers will still be there when you pick them up.
When you choose to go to a childcare centre the car will first try to find a local childcare centre, one in the same sub-neighbourhood that your sim lives in or use the first one it finds if there is none locally. That gives you the choice of having a central childcare centre or individual centres for each sub-neighbourhood.

Make ghosts controllable and come out at any time of day, no longer just at night! Even if you don’t physically want to control the ghost, hauntings can now happen in the day.
