Fixes the order of memories related to the Garden Club. If a Sim gets a garden club membership at the same time as the perfect garden score, the membership memory will be first, not the second as in the unmodified game.

This mod prevents the garden club member from autonomously visiting your sims, you may still invite her if you wish.
