1.) Wallet Token Controller by Christianlov
A simple tool with which you can deposit, withdraw, send simoleans to other family, give Simoleans to Sims and so on.
2.) Bigger Bills by Cyjon
Bills come more often and are much larger. Also recommended Cyjon’s Loan Jar. The Loan Jar allows you to adjust billing level from 0 (roughly Maxis level bills, but coming 6 days a week) to 6 (crazy expensive). The default level is 4 if you either don’t use Loan Jar or if you don’t adjust the initial settings. Billing changes affect the entire neighborhood (including subhoods) but not other neighborhoods. See more details for this mod in link.
An object that allows your sims to borrow money as needed. The Loan Jar appears under Misc/Misc in the catalog and looks like a tip jar. Sims can borrow money at an interest rate that defaults to 3% per day but can be set anywhere from 1% to 9%. Every morning at 7 am, the interest will be added to the total balance. All payments must be made manually. Technically, there is nothing that forces you to pay the loan. In fact you can borrow money, delete the jar, and not have to pay it back. This allows it to double as a money generator for people who need a sum of money between kaching and motherlode.
4.) Money Tree Watering Fix by Cyjon
Fixes bug where money tree water supply was not correctly updated when watered by servos or NPCs.
5.) Beg For Money – interaction by Maybesomethingdunno
Fallen on hard times? Hey, it happens to the best of us. You’ve bought one too many shrubberies, private island vacations, and real estate properties and now find yourself hurting for additional Simoleons. What is a Sim to do? I mean, it’s not like you can sell a window or the wallpaper, right? There are six versions but only chose one.
– Begging_FortuneSimsOnly – This version is for all teens and above who have the Fortune/Wealth aspiration.
– Begging_MoneyLevel – This version is for all teens and above, but only when the household funds dip below a defined level. By default, this is $200 but you can edit the BCON to be whatever you wish.
– BeggingAlwaysEnabled – This version is for all teens and above, regardless of financial status or aspiration.
– BeggingMoochTrait_RequiresNLOrHigher – This version is for all teens and above, requires the Mooch trait in the Sim’s inventory and Nightlife or higher (due to BHAV format).
– Begging_MoochTraitAndMoneyLevel – This version is like the Money Level version above but also requires the Mooch trait in the Sim’s inventory and Nightlife or higher (due to BHAV format). Sims must have both the trait and have household funds be under the money limit.
– Begging_MoochTraitOrMoneyLevel – This version is like the Money Level version above but also checks if the Mooch trait in the Sim’s inventory and requires Nightlife or higher (due to BHAV format). Sims must have either the trait or have household funds be under the money limit.
6.) Cenotaph of the Tribal Covenant – Buy/Sell Infants/Toddlers by Maybesomethingdunno
Found in Decorative Statues for $50, the Cenotaph of the Tribal Covenant can be only be placed on the ground. Sims can approach it, grab the left horn, and then blow the horn to summon Gunk (NPC) to the lot.
– Give Up [Infant/Toddler]: This allows you to transfer custody of a particular infant or toddler to Gunk. (Family relationships should remain intact.)
– Sell [Infant/Toddler]: This does the same as “Give Up [Infant/Toddler]” but Gunk pays for the Sim as he deems its worth based upon the seller. (You know how people judge the quality of the child from their lineage…)
– Acquire Baby: Allows you to obtain your choice of infant/toddler from Gunk’s collection, provided that he has any of course. If Gunk had to pay for the Sim, he may charge you to be reimbursed though.
– Fart Contest: This is just for “sh*ts and giggles.” More or less literally. Perhaps one day you can tell your grandchildren how your butt produced the mightier of noxious, green gas clouds. I’m sure they will be proud.
7.) Negative Promotion Bonus Fix by Midge The Tree
If between the salary and the promotion bonus and skilled negotiator aspiration benefit the amount a sim brings home from work ever becomes a negative number, this mod will set the total amount to $32,767. The notification will still say a negative amount but the family funds won’t decrease.
8.) ATM Machine by Monique
A physical ATM Machine to work along side Monique’s Hacked Computer.
9.) Automatic Payment Mod by Monique
The mod is all about setting up of individual payment. You may setup one PAYEE with several PAYERS or one PAYER to several PAYEES. And then the automatic transfer of fund or payment will trigger at 3AM. Please don’t forget to put that “Monique’s Payer Bills” in your sim’s personal inventory after you’re done with setup, because at 3AM the controller will search for Monique’s Payer Bills” in your sim’s personal inventory and perform computations according to your setup.

In pre-Uni games, this object also serves as the controller for the receipt of money, so the receiving Sim must live on a lot with one present, although it does not need to be used.
