7.) Education Bookcase Fix by Cyjon

Sims studying skills from the Education bookcase will stick with the activity longer. The Education bookcase allows studying additional skills (Creativity, etc.) which aren’t available to normal bookcases. EA forgot to update the Education bookcase to consider those skills as skills, so the game will consider these studies to be fun activities which makes it hard to keep sims from quitting if motives get a little low.

8.) Modular Synth Fix by Cyjon

The modular synth is now treated as a skill object, as it should be, rather than a fun object.

9.) Study All Skills From Books by Midge The Tree

All 7 skills can be studied from all bookcases, not just the education career reward – although you’ll still need the education career reward to get that fast skilling rate. There’s also a version that is compatible with mrclopes’s read books autonomously if it loads after. There are versions of this mod that make studying cleaning build science instead of nature, based off of gummilutt’s mod.

This mod allows all sims to gain skills on all lots.

12.) Skilling While In A Bad Mood by Squinge

This prevents all sims from refusing to use skill objects even if they are in a bad mood.

13.) Study Skills Faster From Books by Squinge

This mod will boost the speed of skill studying with normal, non-traditional and special skills on the regular bookcases and the career reward bookcase (with the Golden Book attached to the top). The Sims will spend around an hour or two gaining the first 4 skill points individually. At around the 4th skill point, it takes slightly longer and then thereon, with each skill point gained, the Sim will spend a bit more time, BUT they won’t take forever to gain all 10 skill points in a given normal skill such as Cooking, Cleaning and Mechanical.

14.) Book of Talent by Treeag

A static item in the shape of a old book that can teach your Sim every skill and badge, including toddler skills.
