Ghosts-Be-Gone alters the routine that determines whether a ghost should spawn to haunt the place. With this mod in place, ghosts should NEVER appear.
Grimmy-Be-Gone short-circuits the Grim Reaper. When someone dies, their Tombstone will appear immediately, without the whole GR game-show.
2.) Assignable Gravestone by Cathair2005
You may assign any ghost to the urn providing there’s no ghost assigned, you may sell the urn/grave in your business. You may unassign a ghost and leave it vacant. You may change the appearance from normal to any aspiration grave. You may either instantly create a ghost requiring the sims attention or immediately ready/unready a ghost to appear in the near future. Finally, you may resurrect any ghost assigned to this grave but requires the sim’s attention
3.) Control Ghosts & memorial picture by Chris Hatch
Make ghosts controllable and come out at any time of day, no longer just at night! Even if you don’t physically want to control the ghost, hauntings can now happen in the day.
4.) Tomb of Ghost 080712 by Christianlov
Manipulate ghosts on your will. Spawn a ghost and terrify sims, let ghosts work for you for a while. This is an object which is imitating Sims 2 tombstones and you can make use of ghosts in various ways using this item.
5.) Cyjon’s Ghost Hack by Cyjon
This mod is a direct evolution of Ghost Hack by twojeffs which allows you to selectively stop ghosts from scaring sims or only scare knowledge sims among other things to make ghost less annoying. This mod also add features like
– Servos running amok who are “scared to death” rather than dying.
– Nice Sims who died will be less angry while grouchy ghosts will be more angry.
– Fixes several bugs that prevents ghosts from haunting tombstones/destroying them/shredding character data & corrupting your neighborhood. Contains smaller fixes that allows angry ghosts to visit the cowplant, and reversed coding that now allows Nice & Neat ghosts to create less messes.
– Creates cleaner ghosts by happier ghosts are more likely to clean.
– Plantsims & Servos are no longer immune to death by fright, Sims are less likely to die from fright.
– Less Flooding, limits the number of puddles drowning ghosts can create.
– Ghosts can successfully scare sleeping Sims
– Ghosts will not wake Sims by merely being in the same room but they can wake Sims when complaining about a missing object.
– Scaring frequency & intensity based on a number of factors including personality & relationship with the target & type of death. Scares drain all motives, including Platsims Sunshine & Servo Power. Scares are random instead of picking a single person.
– More Ghosts on Community Lots. Bans ghosts younger than teen because the animations for children/toddler are broken or missing. Drowning Ghosts are a little easier to see.
6.) Call To Eat Fix by Lenna9
Ghosts no longer show up in the Call to Eat interaction on pet food.
Fight interaction is no longer available on ghosts.
8.) Police Party Break Up Fix by Lenna9
When cops break up a party, they wait for all Sims to leave the lot. However, they also wait for ghosts, which of course can’t leave, meaning the cops wait until morning. This has been fixed, now cops ignore ghosts.

Sims can’t roll a want to see the ghost of toddlers or babies.
10.) Ghost Trait by Midge The Tree
This is the trait object itself, which is used to identify playable ghosts. Required for all the other mods in this post.
11.) Ghost Controller/Better Disabled Motives by Midge The Tree
This keeps the “physical” needs of playable ghosts (bladder, comfort, hunger, energy, hygiene) at max and makes them not factor into ghosts’ mood. Social and fun are left alone because they’re more mental/emotional needs
12.) Ghosts Float/Ghosts Don’t Float by Midge The Tree
This actually not only makes playable ghosts float, but makes them see-through, able to walk through walls, etc. These flags should also allow the ghosts to be recognized as spirits by @jellymeduza‘s scare prank mod. Don’t expect all your ghosts to get these flags as soon as you plop the trait in their inventory, though. People who’ve used “fairies float” or the zombie overlay mod know the drill: save, exit to neighborhood, and reload the lot; wait it out; go to a community lot; force error, or use smonaff’s ghost hack if all else fails
13.) Make A Ghost by Midge The Tree
Click on the new “make playable ghost” interaction on a tombstone that’s a) not currently tied to a ghost who’s currently on the lot and b) on a liveable lot and the tombstone will quickly be replaced with the sim, who is now a playable ghost and part of the active family. Includes a version that incorporates the full version of CJH’s tombstone upgrade mod; the light version of the tombstone upgrade mod is already compatible with the standard version of “make a ghost”.
14.) Disable Want To See Ghost by Midge The Tree
A mod that disables the want to see ghosts.
15.) Ghost Buster by Pescado
Any ghost that comes to a stop inside a room with one of these objects is
banished back to its urnstone. If the ghost is already *AT* its urnstone,
it will be zapped. Available as an aspirational award, for 12K. Because we all
have way too many ASPs to burn

This mod prevents all ghosts from haunting all fridges.

This mod makes all ghosts happy; it also prevents them from waking your sims up.
