1.) PC_Sims’ Surgical Station Edited by Meduza

The original custom object functioned like a hacked version of the Maxis career reward Dr. Vu’s Automated Cosmetic Surgeon. But instead of only cosmetic surgery, it expanded into full operations, illness treatment, surgery gameplay, and pseudo-hospital roleplay. The object used custom animations, surgery tables, doctor/patient interactions, and prop effects. It became popular for hospital lots, storytelling, medical dramas, and realism gameplay. But it was also janky, visually outdated, and glitchy. That’s where Meduza’s edit comes in.

The Biggest Fix: Animation Alignment
Meduza says “the height of Sims lying quite matches animations.” This sounds minor, but it’s actually a major Sims 2 object fix. Older custom objects often had floating Sims, clipping bodies, hands missing the target, animations playing above the table, or props desyncing. Meduza adjusted object placement slots, routing positions, and probably animation offsets so Sims line up properly with the surgery table. One of Meduza’s realism upgrades is that patients change into underwear before surgery. Then afterward they switch back into everyday clothes.

The Risky Version (2023 Update)
This is where the mod becomes dramatically more advanced. Meduza added a “risky version” where patients can die. Now if surgery fails, and the doctor fails resuscitation, the patient dies.
