Below you will find two categories for mods, by creator & by category.
Mods by Category are for when you are looking for a specific function. Maybe you want more supernaturals in your game, specifically witches or want to enhance your University experience. A brief description of what the mod does will be listed and a link to the mod itself along with any notes like conflictions. Please let me know via the contact button for any broken links or updates you may have.
Mods by Creator This option is for experienced users in the Sims 2 community who are looking up a specific mod whom you are already familiar enough with the mod creator. IE: Two Jeffs from SimBiology.
This option also hopes to feature an opportunity to learn more about the mod creator themselves. Are they still active within the Sims community? Are they accepting mod requests? What public fun open facts do they want to share about themselves?

Protect Your Game With: Hack Conflict Detection Utility
Whenever you download mods, always make sure to run them with HCDU. It’s not a perfect system, sometimes the program will say mods will conflict with each other but really don’t but it’s still a good idea to run when installing new mods.
How to Use:
If You have the UC (Ultimate Collection) You HAVE to change the file name in your Documents Folder* to just The Sims 2*. Run HCDU and it should now work.

*3 Documents>EA Games> The Sims 2
After you finish checking for all conflictions with HCDU, remember to rechange the file name from The Sims 2 back to The Sims™ 2 Ultimate Collection or the next time your game loads, it will generate a new neighborhood for you.
