1.) Buy Juices on Community Lots Mod is listed under the following categories:

You can put an empty juicer on any community lot. Once you visit the lot with your sims, use the option “Choose the Menu” to automatically fill the juicer with produces. This will add all the fruits and veggies needed to make every recipes. You can also choose to include or exclude pureed boot from the menu.
2.) Casual Jobs Fix (for bartender, barista or DJ) Found in the Open For Business Category
You want your sim to work as bartender, barista or D.J. while visiting a community lot? But you are annoyed because your sim interrupts his task as soon as a random visitor attempts to interact with him? This is a bug that came out with OFB, and affects community lot’s workers who are not NPC or business owners/employees. Sims will now focus on their task and only stop their job as it was intended in previous expansion packs (Uni & NL) : when their motives are too low, or if you tell them to stop, etc.

This mod modifies how the sims harvest produce/fruit on community lots. Instead of “stealing” fruits and vegetables, they will be charged a small price for what they take. The cost of produce is based on the price you get when you sell produce while harvesting at home. If you use a mod that modifies the price or yield, my mod will also use those new values. To use this mod, you’ll need a community lot with harvestable trees or plants, like Aixlachaise’s Community Garden that you can find here. Or just make your own.
4.) Graduation Party’s Clothing Mod (better dress code for grad parties) -Found in the Graduation Subcategory
Every student who already got his diploma will wear the academic dress. Other students or guests will dress in formal clothes. Due to the game mechanic, some sims may take more time than others to change clothes. It’s normal, be patient. Wait until the “party score” starts to be displayed. The students who wear an academic dress receive a hygiene boost
