1.) 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea”-inspired CAS – Found in the CAS Mods Subcategory

A CAS Screen based off the book Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea.

2.) Beg For Money – interaction – Found in the Finances & Money Mods Category

Fallen on hard times? Hey, it happens to the best of us. You’ve bought one too many shrubberies, private island vacations, and real estate properties and now find yourself hurting for additional Simoleons. What is a Sim to do? I mean, it’s not like you can sell a window or the wallpaper, right? There are six versions but only chose one.

Begging_FortuneSimsOnly – This version is for all teens and above who have the Fortune/Wealth aspiration.
Begging_MoneyLevel – This version is for all teens and above, but only when the household funds dip below a defined level. By default, this is $200 but you can edit the BCON to be whatever you wish.
BeggingAlwaysEnabled – This version is for all teens and above, regardless of financial status or aspiration.
BeggingMoochTrait_RequiresNLOrHigher – This version is for all teens and above, requires the Mooch trait in the Sim’s inventory and Nightlife or higher (due to BHAV format).
Begging_MoochTraitAndMoneyLevel – This version is like the Money Level version above but also requires the Mooch trait in the Sim’s inventory and Nightlife or higher (due to BHAV format). Sims must have both the trait and have household funds be under the money limit.
Begging_MoochTraitOrMoneyLevel – This version is like the Money Level version above but also checks if the Mooch trait in the Sim’s inventory and requires Nightlife or higher (due to BHAV format). Sims must have either the trait or have household funds be under the money limit.

3.) Cenotaph of the Tribal Covenant – Buy/Sell Infants/Toddlers – This mod can be found in the following categories:
// Adoption Mods Subcategory
// Custom NPC Mods Subcategory
// Finances & Money Mods Category
// Medieval Mods Category

Found in Decorative Statues for $50, the Cenotaph of the Tribal Covenant can be only be placed on the ground. Sims can approach it, grab the left horn, and then blow the horn to summon Gunk (NPC) to the lot.

Give Up [Infant/Toddler]: This allows you to transfer custody of a particular infant or toddler to Gunk. (Family relationships should remain intact.)
Sell [Infant/Toddler]: This does the same as “Give Up [Infant/Toddler]” but Gunk pays for the Sim as he deems its worth based upon the seller. (You know how people judge the quality of the child from their lineage…)
Acquire Baby: Allows you to obtain your choice of infant/toddler from Gunk’s collection, provided that he has any of course. If Gunk had to pay for the Sim, he may charge you to be reimbursed though.
Fart Contest: This is just for “sh*ts and giggles.” More or less literally. Perhaps one day you can tell your grandchildren how your butt produced the mightier of noxious, green gas clouds. I’m sure they will be proud.

4.) “Claira the Clairvoyant,” the Coin-Op Fortune Teller Automaton – Found in the Custom NPC Mods Subcategory

For $5, your Sim can have its fortune told. It’s very possible your fortune will come true….but during what day and at what hour? Sorry, but the Fates barely like that you know anything about your future at all, let alone an exact time. The fortunes are randomized and telling you their outcomes would ruin the surprise. I will say, though, there are 12 possible fortunes. Please be advised that Claira may frighten some Sims though. Most certainly please heed that warning about using magnetized tools around her booth. Who knows what might happen?

5.) End-to-End; Fin-to-Fin Tabletop Aquarium – Found in the Buy Mode Mods Category

An aquarium put into an end table. Found in the Deco – Miscellaneous section for $135, the tank is repo’d to the “End-to-End” Table coffee table. The slot has been re-purposed so that you can add deco to the tank.

6.) Fire as Neighborhood Decoration – Found in the Neighborhood Deco Subcategory

Fire! It can be found in the “Effects” section of the hood decor. This effect can be placed within/over lots and the road to give that warm, cozy glow that only the resulting chaos of complete social destruction from an Apocalypse can offer. You can create bigger fires by placing several together. Now keep in mind, this is purely for decoration. Nothing is actually being burned. Like the other hood decor effects, the flames will not be visible when you are inside a lot. The flames are only visible while in the hood view.

7.) Fourth-Wall Options – Found in the Camera Mods Subcategory

Two different mods that help when Sims look at you (or don’t)
“NoLookAtMe.zip” is a simple global mod (hack) that changes the “CT – Look At Camera” BHAV so that the Sim is never actually told to look at the camera/player.
– “LookAtMeNOW.zip” is a self-interaction that makes the selected Sim (child through elder) look at the player on command.

8.) Maxis “Lost and Found” – Jester’s Mask – Found in the Buy Mode Mods Category

A hidden jester’s mask that was meant as an accessory that is now unlocked as a buyable wall object.

9.) Norrisology – A Major with Norris Skilling – Found in the Custom Majors Subcategory

Do you desire to be amazing? Powerful? Manly? Do you wish you were as cool as Chuck Norris? Those of us at the Norrisology Association have devoted ourselves to helping Sims like you. Talk to a Norrisologist today and ask how you can enroll in your local University’s Norrisology degree to embark on a path of improvement! This path is not for the faint of heart though. Do you have what it takes?

This Uni major focuses on the Body, Mechanical, Logic and Charisma skills. It was cloned with permission from Phaenoh’s Product Design Major. With every semester, your Sim will gain a skill point in the Norrisology Skill. Those with Norrisology skills gain powers which are but a fraction of the awesomeness of Chuck Norris.

Powers Include:
“Norris Yell”: If the Active Sim is outside, he/she can shriek upward towards the heavens. The sound waves of such pure awesomeness will dislodge a satellite from its orbit, sending it plummeting towards earth. Fear not! The awesomeness of any Norrisologist ensures that no Sim will be harmed from falling space debris. This is a self-interaction; click on your Sim to find the “Norrisology” pie menu.
“Give Strength”: Being strong is important, but so is helping others. This allows the Active Sim to transfer a Body Skill point to another Sim. (Of course, this means that the Active Sim must have at least one Body Skill point to perform this action.) This will cause a boost in your Sim’s relationship.
“Give Norris Pep Talk”: Encouraging others can greatly help them. If such encouragement comes from someone as awesome as a Norrisologist, then their Aspiration meter will be maximized and they will either be cured of any illness or their Comfort will be maximized. If a Norrisologist approves of you, perhaps even Chuck Norris would too! Doesn’t that make you feel better? This will cause a boost in your Sim’s relationship.
“Give Confidence Pep Talk In the Romance Department”: If a Norrisologist says that your Sim is a good catch with a sexy plumbbob, that Sim will seem to be irresistible (love potion effect) with an additional Charisma skill point. If the Sim is a Romance Sim, they will have their Aspiration level maxed so they’ll strut because they know “they’ve got it” and should flaunt it. This will also cause a boost in your Sim’s relationship.
“Knock Out”: Punches and a roundhouse kick will knock out a Sim. This will have negative results on the relationship. The Sim will be passed out cold (regardless of Energy level) for an hour. Not even the “Wake Up” self-interaction will rouse them.
“Humiliate”: This is the same as the “Knock Out” action, but the Sim has their clothes punched/kicked off them in the process. So they’re naked in addition to being KO’d. How embarrassing! Well, that’s what someone with a mere fraction of the power of Chuck Norris can do. This will have an even greater negative result on the relationship.
“Fatal Knock Out”: This is also like the original “Knock Out” action, but with lethal results. Yes, the relationship still takes a hit, even more so than the “Humiliate” action. Killing someone tends to have that kind of effect on a relationship.

10.) “Surf’s Up!” – New surfing interaction and set – Found in the Vacation Mods Category

Is your visit to Twikkii Island lacking something? Are your beach bums tired of building sandcastles? Do your beach goers need a means to show off their abs? (Do your beach goers need a means to actually develop those abs?) Fear not! I give you something EA should have given us when they made Bon Voyage: Surfing! This is a new, socialable self-interaction with a custom queue icon and custom animation. Surfing is available for Sims who are Teens and older (who aren’t in the “showing” stages of pregnancy) and who are not Servos. As you would expect, surfing is only available on beach lots and a Sim must have a surfboard in their inventory.

11.) Temperate Beach Activities – Found in the Vacation Mods Category

This is a global mod that overrides the guardian BHAVs for the Swim and sunbathe interactions so that the outside temperate must be at least 5 degrees Simsius (Simahrenheit?). If the Sim’s body temperature is “hot,” they will still swim regardless of the outdoor temperature.
