1.) Anniversary – Found in the Relationships Subcategory
This mod counts & reminds Sims of their relationship anniversaries per season. It starts when a Sim decides to go steady and resets every time a Sim either gets engaged or married. Time when a Sim gets reminded is adjustable so if once per season is too often for you, you can adjust it to however you like nor do you have to celebrate said anniversary, it’s just a reminder.
By default, if the sims are married, they can have bronze wedding anniversary (2nd anniversary), silver wedding anniversary (4th anniversary), golden wedding anniversary (6th anniversary) and platinum wedding anniversary (7th anniversary). On these days, they will receive special notification and money as appreciation gift. When a couple sims reach golden anniversary, they can throw an anniversary party, thus they can fulfill the “golden anniversary” lifetime want through this way. So, with this mod, there are two ways to achieve golden anniversary lifetime want. First is the game’s way : when the couples are elder and have a good mood, and second is through achieving golden anniversary with this mod.
2.) Classic Dance With Family (Non-Romantic Social) – This mod can be found in the following categories:

Enable classic dance with your sims’ family, as long as both of your sims and target sims are teen or older, without any romantic effect in it. Means, your sims would not get any slap from their mothers if your sims decide to dance with their own fathers.
3.) Exchange Gifts – Found in the Holiday & Celebration Mods Category
In a default Sim, a Sim can give a gift but it is only a one way interaction. It can be problem if the one that we want to exchange gift with is townie, apartment neighbors, or apartment roommates. While they can receive gift from our sims, they cannot give gift to our sims, except using cheat to make them selectable. Even if we do so, their inventory are more likely empty so there is no gift that they can give to our sims.
This mod is clone of “Give Gift” interaction that comes with Seasons-EP and do not replace “Give Gift” interaction, so “Give Gift” interaction will still be there with this new “Exchange Gift” interaction.
4.) Hangout After Work – Found in the Social Mods Category
A mod that adds a slight chance that your Sims will do an activity after work in the background. There are two kind of events, slacking off and hanging out. For hanging out, there are 7 events that will be randomly picked : Bowling, Cinema, Cafe, Gym, Auction, Park, Concert. While slacking off has no bonus effect, hanging out has different bonus effects depends on the event. When events happen, your sims will go home late from work, for 2 hours (70% chance), 3 hours (25% chance), 4 hours (5% chance) late (hey, they’re hanging out or do overtime, so will be home late).
5.) Holidays – Found in the Holiday & Celebration Mods Category
Have day off from school and work to celebrate with family (of course it does not consume your PTO or performance). Want to have a summer break for your sims when children and teens do not go to school ? Now you can !! (Summer break does not come as pre-made within this mod but you can see in “how to configure” below how to create a summer break). YES, You can customize your own holiday !!
6.) Mood Swing + Midlife Crisis – Found in the Needs & Mood Mods Category
Want to see your pregnant sims have pregnancy mood swing ? Or may be your teen sims experience mood swing ? Or having your adult sims get midlife crisis ? Then try this mod in your game. (Do not confuse “mood” in this mod with mood in term of state of motives in sims 2).
7.) More Random Apartment Neighbors – Found in the Apartment Mods Subcategory
Chooses who your neighbors will be when living in an apartment complex more randomly. There is a 33.3 chance per social class type and an 87.5% chance it will be a completely new generated townie.

Increase the number of Sims who come to community lots so businesses don’t feel as empty. Can effect a regular community lot and OFB.

Change walkby behavior from game’s default 5 times a day into every hour by a chance in the specific interval. Every hour, there is 40% chance of sims walk by. The number of sims that walk by is random between 1 to 4 sims at once. Walkbys will be occurred between 6 AM to 10 PM. There is no change on how the game chooses which sims will walk by. It is using game default mechanics. If you also install plugin 00, every hour from 6 AM to 10 PM there is 25% chance of 1 or 2 cars will pass by in front of your lot. The cars are taken from career car, since only career car that easily support passby. Cars passby has its own configuration inside plugin 00, in case you want to tuning the value of your desire. This mod also affects Hotel and Fraternity’s walk by behaviour. If you also install Holidays mod, this mod will make on holiday, if there is day off, it will reduces the number of walkbys and increase the number of cars passbys (if you install plugin 00) on the day of that holiday. You can change the configuraton (like the % chance, start hour and end hour of walkby, etc) by open “pqw_morewalkby.package” (or “pqw_morewalkby_plugin_00” for cars passby configuration) using SimPE.
