This mod should help: if you put a specific object in the inventory of a playable sim, that sim will behave like it belongs to the assigned social group.

This mod prevents sims from autonomously doing the greet high five, earthy hug, fake out, kiss kiss darling, and tough handshake interactions.

3.) No More Social Group Walkbys by Squinge

This mod prevents social group sims from walking by sims houses.
