This mod doubles the chance a game will schedule a stray visit when it makes its “should a stray visit?” check, but it also includes some other tuning variables used by Maxis to decide when strays should visit that are helpfully labeled.

Stray animals no longer respawn. Existing animals unaffected. Animals that
exist in play may become strays, but no new random ones will generate. Includes anti-respawning in the adoption pool as well, reducing minimum pool size requirements, and first dragooning stray animals before creating any new ones as a last resort. Witches will not autonomously summon cats unless they already have one.

This mod prevents strays from refusing to be adopted.

This mod prevents stray pets & skunks from visiting home lots.

5.) No Autonmous Digging For Visiting Pets by Worf84

Prevents visiting pets from autonomously digging holes on any livable lot, Pets living on the lot will still have to be taught not to dig. Any pets on community lots will now not be allowed to dig.
