3.) Diligent Visitor Controller by Christianlov
Diligent Visitor controller is a sort of simple worker service controller. It will check if there are loitering visitors on player’s lot and force them to do house work as part-time maid, gardener, handyman and homework doer. Also you can schedule a townie sim to work for you every morning periodically. Scheduled sim will be summoned automatically and will work on your lot for a while. You can also pay $ to worker sim using option.
4.) Less Visitor Skilling by Cyjon
Visitors are more sensible about using fun skilling items like the chessboard. Visitors use the fun check (which quits at higher motives) rather than the skill check (which quits when the sim is near motive failure) when doing fun skilling activities. Playable sims are unaffected. Visiting vampires automatically quit skilling objects once the sun comes up.
5.) No Visitor Chores by Cyjon
Prevents visitors from doing chores around your house. Doesn’t prevent you from influencing visitors to work.
6.) No Visitor Dance Bar by Cyjon
Visitors will no longer use the dance bar, either the one you can buy or the Dance career reward. Playable sims can still use these autonomously, since this is one of the few autonomous skill building actions they will do.
7.) Visitors Behave by Cyjon
Restricts some of the more absurd visitor behaviors, most of which were introduced in FreeTime.
Visitors can no longer use the dance bar (either the buyable one or the career reward), violin, DJ booth, computer, cauldron, spell book, or tent (they can be asked into a tent). They also cannot greet visitors or fish (they can join existing fishing). These restrictions do not apply to NPCs on the job or to community lots. It includes saner code to prevent resident sims from constantly starting/stopping the dance bar, blogging or surfing the web.
8.) Visitors Leave by Cyjon
Visitors will quit their actions when it is time to leave rather than sitting there playing chess or pinball for hours while the family sleeps.
Visitors will be forcefully booted off the property when one of the following conditions is true:
– visitor is vampire and it is daytime
– there are no family members awake and present on the lot
You may notice visitors actually linger for 10-20 minutes after residents go to sleep or leave the property. This is because many activities such as teleporting set the “hidden” flag and make the property look empty for a split second, so I do the check twice a few minutes apart to eliminate false readings.
9.) Walkbys Behave by Cyjon
Five mods to control behavior of walkbys. Install the ones which correspond to behaviors you want to eliminate.
INSTALLATION NOTE #1: There are two versions. The first version kills the actions for all walkbys. The “-Furious” version allows sims who are furious or enemies to misbehave. Download only one of the zip files.
INSTALLATION NOTE #2: All five mods are included in each zip file, but TrashKick and TrashMess are not compatible. Install one or the other. TrashKick prevents walkbys (but not greeted guests) from kicking over the trashcan. TrashMess prevents walkbys from messing with the trash at all, which includes kicking, eating and foraging. If you do install both (probably because you didn’t read this) it won’t hurt your game, but TrashMess will take precedence.
10.) More walkbys every day by Marhis
Walkbys are those sims which walk on sidewalk, sometimes, in front of a played lot: they read or steal newspaper, steal gnomes, stretch, jog, or simply wander a bit around. If you greet them, they became visitors and so on. The game schedules 4 walkbys/day, at 10, 14, 16 and 18 (10am, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm), and performs various checks to determine which ones, from hood sims pool, are best choices. These checks involve neighborhood type, presence of children, known/friend flags, and some other stuff I honestly didn’t managed to understand to a fully extent. This hack changes the walkbys parade’s scheduling from a fixed-hours-base to a daily hour range.
11.) “Join Yoga” now visitor-enabled by Midge The Tree
In a non modded game, asking a visiting Sim to join a yoga session, will fail. This fixes that.

This object can be bought and placed in any room, inside or outside, upon a wall. Once in the game, you can set its security preferences by programming allow, deny, and override settings for 20 classes of people.
1.) Visitors– All visiting, non-NPC, non-resident sims are denied. If on a community, this affects all of the naturally occurring wandering visitors, but not the Sims you control (or invited – seperate Maxis bug).

15.) More Walkbys + Car Passbys by Piqiwi
Change walkby behavior from game’s default 5 times a day into every hour by a chance in the specific interval. Every hour, there is 40% chance of sims walk by. The number of sims that walk by is random between 1 to 4 sims at once. Walkbys will be occurred between 6 AM to 10 PM. There is no change on how the game chooses which sims will walk by. It is using game default mechanics. If you also install plugin 00, every hour from 6 AM to 10 PM there is 25% chance of 1 or 2 cars will pass by in front of your lot. The cars are taken from career car, since only career car that easily support passby. Cars passby has its own configuration inside plugin 00, in case you want to tuning the value of your desire. This mod also affects Hotel and Fraternity’s walk by behaviour. If you also install Holidays mod, this mod will make on holiday, if there is day off, it will reduces the number of walkbys and increase the number of cars passbys (if you install plugin 00) on the day of that holiday. You can change the configuraton (like the % chance, start hour and end hour of walkby, etc) by open “pqw_morewalkby.package” (or “pqw_morewalkby_plugin_00” for cars passby configuration) using SimPE.
