Self explanatory, the burglar will come more frequently between once a week to everyday. The mod creator says this version is only for Base Game & University.

A mod that let’s you customize how frequently burglary’s burglar.
6.) Cops Can Fight Burglars by Midge The Tree
Allows sims in the cop career track OR who used to be a cop NPC to fight burglars and regain your stuff. There’s a version called “pros can fight burglars” which allows for sims employed in the military, intelligence, or criminal career tracks to also fight burglars.
7.) No Burglaries Mod by Midge The Tree
A mod that removes the option for your homes to be burglarized.
8.) No Relationships with Burglars by Neder
This mod prevents Sims from forming relationships with burglar NPCs after experiencing a burglary. Normally, a burglar entering a Sim’s home can cause the burglar to appear in the Sim’s relationship panel. Sims may then repeatedly become furious with or cry about the burglar, and the resulting relationship can linger long after the burglary is over. With this mod installed, burglars are treated as NPCs that Sims do not need to personally meet, preventing a relationship from being created with them during a burglary. This helps keep burglars out of Sims’ relationship panels while leaving the burglary itself intact.
