1.) Residential Kit by Ancient Highway
Expands the Apartment Life mailbox into a multi-purpose neighborhood control object. The mailbox gains options for creating NPCs and townies, modifying relationships, managing motives, inviting neighbors, adjusting household finances, triggering special events, controlling visitors, and performing various animation and routing tests. The mod functions as a powerful neighborhood and household management tool rather than a simple mailbox tweak.
Expands Apartment Life trash cans with new scavenging and survival-style gameplay. Sims can search through trash, recover salvageable objects, eat food from garbage, roll in trash, and interact with trash cans in several new ways. The mod appears designed for homeless, poverty, or challenge-style gameplay and includes additional debugging and testing interactions used by the salvage system.
2.) No autonomous get mail by Gummilutt
Did your Sims get a nice post card, or a free meal coupon, only to see it vanish into the depths of your roomies inventory? Or do you just not want your Sims to empty their mailbox without you present? I give you, no autonomous get mail. This removes autonomy from the interaction “Get Mail”. It is a global mod, it affects all Sims.
