Everything Sims 2

In The Sims 2 (especially with the Mansion & Garden Stuff pack), Sims have an outdoor idle animation where they put their hand over their eyes to block the sun. (It kinda looks like a salute 😅) That’s fine… until they’re holding something.

Then you get weird moments like a Sim carrying a trash bag… while saluting the sun or objects clipping or looking stiff and broken.

🔧 What Lamare’s mod actually does
Instead of removing the animation entirely, the mod, it only disables outdoor idle animations ONLY when a Sim is holding an object.

There’s an older mod by TwoJeffs called No Shade Eyes Salute. But that removes the eye salute all together, not just if a Sim is holding an object or not.

This is exnem and numenor’s soda machine and @withlovefromsimtown‘s simlish version with a few fixes:

– Removes the check that prevents visitors from using the soda machine autonomously on community lots unless they’re some NPC.
– Tweaks the autonomy values a bit to be more in line with getting a drink from the fridge
– Makes it not be viewed as a fridge so sims won’t try and store leftovers in it (must rebuy all soda machines for this fix to work)
– Changes the routing and animations so it can take up less space, i.e. if there’s a wall a square away from it sims won’t route fail

This will add a new option to your sim just like “go here” “run here” that will teleport your sim anywhere in your lot.

This mod prevents all sims from autonomously primping except for Mr. Big or Diva autonomously from primping.

This mod makes sims always cheer when they are doing the what’s this interaction.

This mod allows you to have sims smash the lemonade stand.
