1.) Assignable Gravestone – Found in the Ghost Mods Subcategory
You may assign any ghost to the urn providing there’s no ghost assigned, you may sell the urn/grave in your business. You may unassign a ghost and leave it vacant. You may change the appearance from normal to any aspiration grave. You may either instantly create a ghost requiring the sims attention or immediately ready/unready a ghost to appear in the near future. Finally, you may resurrect any ghost assigned to this grave but requires the sim’s attention

This hack enables you to enter build or buy mode whilst downtown as a visitor or when you are driving the car.
3.) Community Party – Mod is listed under the following categories:

This item makes it possible for you to use your cellphone and throw parties on community lots.
4.) Custom food disappears – Found in the Delivery & Community Lot Food Mods Subcategory
There are two files and you only need one.
1.) This file simply makes custom food disappear when eaten
2.) Not only makes custom food disappear when eaten but also makes an extra option on the pie menu called “set state”. If the food is ready to be served, it will flag it so that you can simply grab a plate. If you already have the option “grab a plate” it will change it back to serve.
5.) Downtown preggers – Found in the Pregnancy & Fertility Mods
This hack simply makes it possible for a pregnant woman to get into a taxi or limo or whatever without complaining about being too pregnant.
6.) Eat Chinese food faster – Found in the Delivery & Community Lot Food Mods
This hack enables a sim to eat the Chinese food 75% quicker than they normally do and still gain the full impact of the hunger gain (but not the weight gain). The weight gain is probably lessened because there are fewer mouthfuls.
7.) Funeral Project – eulogy lectern – Found in the Life & Death Mods Subcategory
Allow the user to make a Eulogy. The response depends on various things such as the speaker’s sensitivity (how much they like the deceased and their charisma) and the listener’s feelings towards the dead. They may laugh, cry or boo so watch out.
8.) Get Any Job And Be Qualified Too – This mod is found in the following categories:

Graduate Instantly– Lets you graduate with all the memories from the semester you choose to graduate from and all the wants and perks of completing uni such as want unlocks.
Vacation Time Payout– Turn your vacation days into cash
Get any Job and be qualified too– A fresh sim can choose a random job or you can prime the job level and then choose any career package in your game. Note only will you get the job, but you’ll also get the skill points required for that job. Skills points only go up, you will not lose skill points if you are over qualified. You do not however, get friends – you have to make them yourself.

9.) Get A Copy Of Diploma – Found in the Graduation Subcategory
Lost your diploma or one of maxis’ infamous bugs have dealt damage to it claiming it belongs to somebody else who hasn’t even been to uni? Well, never fear because you can get a copy straight into your inventory. Because this goes into your inventory, you need NL or later for this option.
10.) Graduate Instantly – Found in the Graduation Subcategory
Graduate Instantly– Lets you attend university for as many semesters as you want but if your Sim is ready to graduate early, then you can do so as soon as you step foot on campus or even from home.
11.) Hacked Buffet Table – Found in the Buffet Mods Subcategory
This buffet table overrides/temporarily replaces the original – if you want it as a stand-alone object you’ll need to clone it. What it does is gives the extra option of calling everybody – even NPCs – to eat either Turkey, Gelatin or Salad. You can also individually invite a person to eat a particular type of food from the table if you don’t want everybody eating.
12.) Hacked Dresser – Found in the Clothing Mods Subcategory
This dresser allows the following:
-Toddlers can plan outfits
-Toddlers can change outfit (even into undies which is just a nappy)
-Except for changing work clothes, sims no longer walk towards the dresser but get dressed and plan clothes immediately
-You can choose to “buy” new clothes of any type for $0.
13.) Myne door allows multiple sims – Found in the University Housing Subcategory
It has an add key option and remove key option. It allows you to get the key to a dorm that is already claimed. Therefore, two people own it at once and if one gives up the key or unclaims it, the other still has ownership. So when you lock the door, anybody who owns it (has the key) can walk through it.
14.) Preggers downtown – Found in the Pregnancy & Fertility Mods
An upgrade of Downtown Preggers. Does the same except also lets you call up other pregnant Sims to go as a group outing (not confirmed for dates)
15.) Stay option for breakup – Found in the Relationships Subcategory
This hack gives your sims the option to either leave or stay when they are broken up with.
16.) Vacation Time Payout – Found in the Job Related Mods Subcategory
Don’t you hate it when your sim is an elder waiting to retire (or die) but he/she can’t because they need to use up that vacation time? Well, now they can. And the money contributes towards their wealth memory/wants.
17.) Zoomable mirror – Found in the Camera Mods Subcategory
This mirror allows you to zoom in on and center on any sim on the lot. Useful for when you don’t know where a sim went in your huge maze like mansion.
