1.) “Better TV” mod – Found in the TV Mods Subcategory
This mod greatly improves Sims TV habits.
Residential lots / Vacation hotels (BV) / Apartments (AL): Sims will turn the TV off right away after they finish working out or watching it (even from the bed or the john), unless another Sim is watching it (but if the Sim is a rude person, he/she will do it anyway ;o).
Commercial lots: Sims will NOT turn the TV off when they are done, whether or not another Sim is watching, greatly improving game play on lots where TVs need to stay on all the time – movie theaters (with giant TV screens), electronics stores that sell TVs, sports bars that have plasma TVs, etc.
2.) Body Makeover – Found in the Fitness & Workout Mods Subcategory
Are your Sims interested in losing or gaining weight? Let them view this picture. Check the Fitness bar to see the progress.
3.) Durable Food mod – Found in the Food Mods Category
Durable Food – this game mod will prevent your food from getting spoiled. Works with all kinds of food.
4.) Exit the lot without saving when disaster strikes – Found in the Emergency Mods Subcategory
Did your Sim die when cooking for the first time? Did a social worker take your baby? Place this remote control anywhere on the lot. When a disaster strikes, the Neighborhood / Quit buttons (+ Save button on a residential lot) will be re-enabled automatically in a little moment.
5.) Faster Homework mod – Found in the Homework Mods Subcategory
With this mod, they will finish it in about 15 minutes instead of an hour. This applies to all age groups – kids, teens, University students.
6.) Faster University Education mod – Found in the University Classes Subcategory
With this mod, your young adults will finish their college education faster – one semester will take 2 days (48 hours) instead of 72 hours.

10.) Make Me Slim – Found in the Fitness & Workout Mods Subcategory
Does your sim want to lose weight? Let them view this picture. Check their fitness bar to see the progress.
11.) Multi Alarm (+ Burglar Scheduler) – Found in the Emergency Mods Subcategory
This alarm detects fire and a burglar immediately. One unit covers the whole lot.

13.) Plumb Bob Toggle Mod – Found in the Interface Mods Category
