1.) Easter Bunny NPC – Found in the Holiday & Celebration Mods Category
To get an Easter bunny in your game, buy the “Crest of Bunny” object from Decorative > Wall (it looks like two crossed carrots) and put it somewhere in your house. Now, send all your sims to bed, and once they’re all asleep, wait for Bunny to arrive!
Bunny will cheer at the carrot-crest for a moment, before swiping it (hey, it’s his family crest!). Then, for each of the non-NPC sims on the lot (who are child or older), he will show a thought bubble of their face and create an Easter egg that can only be eaten by that sim. When everyone has been given an egg, he will disappear.
Within a few minutes of waking up, your sims will “discover” the egg, look shocked for a moment, then eat it. This will slightly boost fun and hunger. Bunny does not interact with sims. He is shy and does not like to be crowded. Visitors will receive eggs, but if they leave the lot before eating them then the eggs will become useless and the sims will clean them up. No stealing of eggs is allowed!
2.) Farmers’ Set (With harvestable crops) – Found in the Harvestable Mods
A mod that has more harvestable crops, sociable scarecrow, electric fences, and a decorative wheelbarrow.
Crops include: Apple Tree, grape vines, lettuce, red cabbage, and a basket.
The Social Scarecrow: As well as being good to kick for stress relief, this scarecrow is also able to boost a sim’s social points. The “Tell a Secret” option and the “Flirt” option both increase social. Flirt increases it more dramatically, but it is only available when the social motive drops below the half way mark.
Electric Fences: In order to easily add pie menu controls, these fence pieces are buy mode objects, not proper fence pieces. It will, however, completely block a sim from passing through it. The electric fence comes across three files, which are described below. When touched by a sim, said sim will experience a (not so) mild electric shock. One of the more swift ways of removing an unwanted sim.
3.) Functioning Toddler Playpen – Found in the Toy Mods Subcategory
Here’s is a functional playpen for sim-toddlers. There is a slight jump in the animations for putting in and getting out the toddlers. As long as your toddler’s stats are reasonably high, he or she will sit happily in the playpen, apparently enjoying the general ambience. The pen is inescapable. It doesn’t matter if your toddler can break out of his crib, he’s staying in here. While toddlers can sleep in their playpen, they don’t like it! They won’t sleep unless they’re absolutely exhausted, they’ll whinge about it first, and even when they’re asleep you shouldn’t expect it to last long. He or she should wake up again when fatigue gets back to around -20.
4.) Functional wading pool – Found in the Toy Mods Subcategory
This is a simple little one-tile kiddie splash pool. It has the following main features: Toddlers can play around and splash in it and children can jump and kick in the water.
5.) Jumping Castle – Found in the Toy Mods Subcategory
The jumping castle is based on the sofa, so kids through adults should be able to use it. It has had all the non-jumping related options removed, and the “Play” option renamed to “Bounce”.
6.) Kiddie Pool (V2) – Found in the Toy Mods Subcategory
This is a simple little one-tile kiddie splash pool. It has the following main features: Toddlers can play around and splash in it & children can jump and kick in the water. Playing will increase hygiene/water and fun. If the toddler or child has swimwear, they will change into that before playing. If not, they will change into underwear/diapers.
7.) The Llamarizor (hack) – Found in the Clothing Mods Subcategory
A painting that when placed on the lot will change all Sims clothing into the llama outfit. Including the grim reaper.
8.) OFB Sleep on Community Lots (discontinued) – Found in the Community Lot Mods Category
This hack allows user controlled sims to sleep on beds placed on a community lots same as at home. Visitors to the lots (both community and home) should also be able to autonomously sleep in the beds, which is good for all the OFB hotel makers. The mod is currently discontinued/not updated as there are other mods similar to this that are updated.
9.) Party Pinata (functional) – Found in the Holiday & Celebration Mods Category
Sims looking for something to bash up (or maybe just candy,) will love this pinata. They will bash at it with a plank of wood until it breaks, resulting in a delicious pile of candy which everyone can share in. You’ll also get plenty of cheering while you try to smash it!

A pile of sand! Excellent for the construction of sandpits (use a sandy ground color and a low fence) or beach fronts (sandy ground color and water), these sandpits come with a “play” option for toddlers only.The sandpile raises fun and decreases hygiene in our not-quite-littlest sims.
12.) Sim Sourcery – Working wand for magic sims – Found in the Witch Mods Subcategory
The wand adds a new pie menu option to sim menus called “Magic”, which can have up to three submenus under it. It uses the magic skill originally created for the “Harry Potter Project” to track their capabilities, but these spells are not HP specific.
13.) Train set toy – Found in the Toy Mods Subcategory
The train will drive around the track while sims are playing with it, and the windmill in the center will spin. Sims build fun by playing with it, and cheer enthusiastically while doing so.
14.) Working Valentine’s Chocolate Box – Found in the Holiday & Celebration Mods Category
This box of chocolates can be opened, chocolates can be eaten, and when there is no chocolate left the box can be disposed of. A perfect treat for the romantic duo on Valentine’s Day.
