1.) Bon Voyage Seashells by Ancient Highway
Reduces excessive autonomous seashell hunting by making it depend on a Sim’s Sloppiness. Sloppy Sims are more likely to comb for seashells on their own, while neat Sims are less likely to do so.
2.) Mop Puddles Motive Advertising Mod by Midge The Tree
This mod tweaks the advertising of mopping up puddles. So hopefully only bored neat sims or sims with high cleaning skill and low environment need will be rushing to mop up puddles. Here’s a tutorial you can use to tweak this mod if you’re still not satisfied.

Neat Sims no longer become irrationally furious at someone when told to clean a puddle (right after enthusiastically cheering, at that!). Game apparently does not distinguish terribly well between puddles of pee, puddles from water balloons (which were thrown by the sim in the first place!), puddles from showers, puddles from puddles…
4.) Make Bed/Get Dressed by Sim Logical
Adds personality-based morning behavior when Sims get out of bed. Depending on their personality, Sims may automatically make their bed and/or change out of their pajamas after waking up. This allows neater and sloppier Sims to behave differently in the morning rather than every Sim following the same routine. This version was specifically designed to be compatible with Simlogical’s Use Inaccessible Beds mod.
