Hello and Welcome the Open for Business for the Sims 2 category. Mods on this page relate to the sales badge for your Sims skills. There are eight badge skills, cashiering, sales, restocking, fishing, cosmetology, robotics, flower arrangement and toy making. Mods on this page will only refer to the sales badge but please refer to the categories below for other badges and OFB mods.
1.) No More Becoming Friends While Using The Sales Interactions by Black Spirit
This mod prevent your sims from having a lot of unwanted friends because of the sales interaction.
2.) No More Energy Drop While Using The Dazzle Interaction by Black Spirit
This mod prevents your sims from getting tired while using the dazzle interaction.
3.) Simulated Sales by BoilingOil
Prevents townies or NPC’s from collecting items they buy in their inventory from your business. Now the purchases are just simulated and will not actually have the items in their inventory should they be played or moved into a household.
4.) Basic Sell Only by Cyjon
Prevents your employees from using any sales interaction other than Basic Sell.
5.) Fake Townie Sales by Cyjon
Prevents townie inventories from getting cluttered with junk from your stores. When a store sells an object to a non-playable character (townies, downtownies, etc.) the object will disappear rather than being put in the townie inventory. Playable characters will receive the objects in their inventories as normal.
6.) Suggest Outfit Jewelry Fix by Lamare
Fixed the interactions Suggest Outfit for… and Suggest Jewelry for…. Sims can no longer suggest stuff to themselves, their shop employees, ghosts or universal NPCs (!).

Employee salespeople are no longer allowed to give away your store by lowering your prices

Are your salespeoples’ lists of unwanted friends getting unnecessarily large
and bloated from all the random people they meet on the job? Playable sims
performing sales actions will not gain +rel above ~35 unless they are
already friends, preventing them from acquiring a bazillion unwanted
often-townie friends.
9.) Assign Sell Items & Tidy Up To Selectable Sims by Squinge
This mod adds a new pie menu to your sim that allows you to have them sell items like the restock function. They stop after the first sell interaction so you have to click it again but they gain sales talent until the first sale interaction.
10.) Manipulate No Motive Cost by Squinge
This hack makes it so it doesn’t cost your sims any motive loss while using the interaction sales manipulate.
11.) No More Bad Sale Socials by Squinge
This mod makes sell/hard sell, dazzle, etc. turn out good every time
12.) Raise Buy Bar Faster by Squinge
This mod doubles the buy bar results for all social sell interactions (i.e. sell basic, sell hard)
13.) Sales Dazzle No Motive Cost by Squinge
This mod prevents motive loss when using the Sales Dazzle interaction it adds energy instead of subtracting it.
14.) Sales ManipulationLess Motive Cost by Squinge
This mod cuts motive loss by half when your sim uses sales/manipulation interaction it also makes the relationship change from negative to positive.
