1.) Plan Maternity Outfit by BoilingOil
Allows you to set up your sim’s pregnancy wear, even while they’re not pregnant yet. Works for all game configurations with OFB or better and a Pregnancy-wear-any-outfit mod.
2.) Alternate Pregnancy Controler by Chris Hatch
A mod that allows for teen pregnancy and miscarriage without using InTeen. This will detect and use ‘Triplets and Quads’ mod if you have it installed. This works very well with the hospital mod and will detect the Midwife service if it’s installed and warn you when it’s time to call a midwife
3.) Downtown preggers by Cathair2005
This hack simply makes it possible for a pregnant woman to get into a taxi or limo or whatever without complaining about being too pregnant.
4.) Preggers downtown by Cathair2005
An upgrade of Downtown Preggers. Does the same except also lets you call up other pregnant Sims to go as a group outing (not confirmed for dates)
5.) Fertile Fertility by Cyjon
During “Try For Baby”, the pregnancy chance is rolled again for each parent who has the Super Fertility aspiration reward. This means there are as many as three chances of pregnancy for each attempt. The net chances of pregnancy (no fertile parents / 1 fertile parent / 2 fertile parents) are as follows:
Bed – 60% / 84% / 94%
Hot Tub – 25% / 44% / 59%
Other – 50% / 75% / 88
“Other” means cars, helicopters, photo booths and clothing booths. Sims still have the increased chance of twins as well.
6.) Maternity Pay Fix by Cyjon
Sims no longer get maternity pay on their days off. If a pregnant sim is not scheduled to work on a given day, she won’t get maternity pay for staying home when she wasn’t supposed to work anyhow. If the sim is scheduled to work, and you use “Walk To Work”, which is the only way to get a pregnant sim to work, the sim will not get double pay (vacation pay plus normal work pay). However the sim WILL lose a day of vacation (unpaid) since she is waiving her maternity leave by going to work. This all applies to pregnant men as well.

Allows cat litter boxes to be cleaned by all Sims, even if they are pregnant.
9.) Fight while pregnant by Kestrellyn
FFS EA, why do pregnant sims never get to do anything fun? I’m not sure why they made it impossible for pregnant sims who are showing to engage in any of the “Fight…” interactions, either as the attacker or the defender (not even “Poke” and “Slap”!) but I’ve fixed it, and with this hack they can. Also includes Insult, Annoy, and Savage.
10.) Kestrellyn’s PregRel compatibility patch by Kestrellyn
Chris Hatch made a hack called PregRel, which causes sims to react negatively to a significant other’s first pregnancy bump if it indicates cheating and they pass a logic check (3+ logic to tell that it was cheating, 7+ logic to identify the person they cheated with and get mad at them also), or for any pregnancy if the sims are parents of a pregnant teen sim. The pregnant sim would then do a worry interaction if the pregnancy is from cheating, regardless of whether or not any other sims reacted.
Anyway, this hack doesn’t work right with Name the Father, the Surrogate hack, the Sperm Donors hack, ACR jealousy settings, poly relationships, or custom pollination technicians. This patch makes it work right with all that stuff. Added features:
A – Significant others will not be angry if the father of the baby is a custom pollination technician (and the hack will not cause the pollination technician to show up in anyone’s relationship panel)
B – Significant others will not be angry if the pregnancy was caused using the surrogate hack
C – Significant others will not be angry if the pregnancy was caused using the sperm donors hack and they were named as the other parent
D – Significant others will not be angry if the father of the baby or the named other parent is also married/engaged/going steady with the pregnant sim
E – If the pregnant sim has multiple significant others, they all have a chance to be angry, not just the one with the lowest neighbor ID
F – Significant others will not be angry if they ordinarily would not be jealous of the pregnant sim romancing other people due to ACR jealousy settings
G – If none of the pregnant sim’s significant others could logically have caused the pregnancy, they do not need to pass a logic check to find out that the baby isn’t theirs. The original hack only checks if the two sims have woohooed,checks have been added for gender, RCC toggled/untoggled status, RCC alien status, and the RCC global alien token. This won’t work with PregForAllGenders, use the RCC and set the global alien token instead
H – If a significant other would have gotten angry, but failed the logic check, and they could have reasonably gotten the pregnant sim pregnant (see above), and you have Name the Father installed, and the pregnancy was not caused by the sperm donors hack, that significant other will be named as the father using Name the Father, so they will continue to believe the baby is theirs after birth. You can always change this setting manually afterwards, as normal. If more than one significant other fails the logic check, the one with the lowest neighbor ID will be used
I – If the pregnancy was caused by the sperm donors hack, angry parents and significant others will get mad at the second parent you selected and not the sperm donor
J – Angry parents and significant others will not get mad at the father of the baby/second parent if they have never met them and thus have no way of knowing who they are no matter how logical they are
K – Fixed a bug in the original where recent changes to significant others’ logic skills did not count
11.) Sperm Donors by Kestrellyn
This hack introduces a new social interaction which can be found under the Propose… menu called Request Sperm Donation, which will make your sims pregnant with their child, but on birth the child’s second parent will be set to a sim of your choice.
12.) Surrogate Hack by Kestrellyn
The social interact is available at 30 STR and 0 LTR and appears as “Propose… Surrogacy” and is initiated by the sim who wishes to have a child using a surrogate to the potential surrogate. This is an extensive hack you can read in the link.
13.) Pregnancy & Fertility Mods by Lamare
With this fix, pregnant young adults will properly wear maternity outfits. Same as adults, students will get a full set of pregnancy clothes (maternity, undies, pajamas, swimming) by default, without having to buy them first. You won’t have to download meshes with preg morphs, fiddle with defaults, buy fitting clothes and assign them with mods. Although, you will be able to do all of that, if you want.

This is a set of global mods that make having kids possible and comfortable for young adults and sims living on campus. Pick and choose the files you want by reading their descriptions in the link above. Run Hack Conflict Detection Utility to make sure these hacks don’t clash with anything you have in your Downloads folder. Get some clothing fixes and you’re set!
15.) Pregnancy Modifier Token Fix by Lenna9

16.) Birth Options Mod by Midge The Tree
A mod that can generate one of two dialog boxes during birth:
– If both parents live on the same lot, you get asked which one should get parental leave.
– If the parents live in separate families and the other parent’s family is playable you get the option to give the baby/babies to the other parent’s family. Since you can’t get babies to leave the lot normally they manually poof them, which makes the parent that just gave birth jump out of the baby-carrying animation, and the babies will appear on the other lot kinda floating weirdly until you hit play, but everything works itself out.
17.) Death By Childbirth by Midge The Tree
Sims have a 10% chance of dying in childbirth, which increases if they’re less than 14 days away from becoming an elder by 1% per day. These odds are BCON tunable.
18.) Extracted Inteen Fertility Changes With Age by Midge The Tree
The ACR mod, includes an age fertility decrease, but it only affects ACR’s casual woohoo and ACR isn’t for everyone. This mod extracts this feature and increasse the chances of twins from Inteen to work globally.
19.) Extracted Inteen Risky Honeymoon by Midge The Tree
If you don’t book a vacation honeymoon your sims will go on a limo honeymoon instead, which they can come back from pregnant (more likely if they’re a family sim). The odds can be tuned in the included BCON.
20.) Extracted Inteen Risky Runaway by Midge The Tree
Teens who run away may return home pregnant by an attractive stranger or a close friend with whom they are either romantically involved or physically attracted to. Selection of the “father” and odds of becoming pregnant are weighted by relationship scores, chemistry/attraction, lifetime aspiration, gender preference, fertility, living environment, and chance.
21.) Extracted Inteen Risky Sneak/Go Out by Midge The Tree
Makes it so sneak/go out sometimes results in a pregnancy between the two sims who snuck/went out together. By default it’s 25% for sneak, 10% for go, but you can increase/decrease this (or set one to zero if you only want risky sneak out or risky go out). Useless without some mod(s) supporting teen conception and pregnancy: wildchild, RCC + CJH’s pregnancy controller, etc. Sims must have high chemistry/be in love to potentially get pregnant via sneak/go out

23.) Reproductive Capabilities Configure VS2 by Midge The Tree
This mod provides a token and accompanying adjuster that help you better control what kinds of sims your sim can reproduce with and change other things related to sim pregnancy. Once you’ve assigned a token to a sim using the adjuster, you can configure it with the following options:
– Standard Toggle: the game treats toggled M sims as if they’re F and toggled F sims as if they’re M when determining if two sims can Try For Baby/who’ll get pregnant.

– Alien Toggle: the game treats “alien” sims as capable of reproducing with anyone: toggled F/untoggled M “aliens” can impregnate any sim and untoggled F/toggled M “aliens” can be impregnated by any sim (Base) OR impregnate any sim (Alt)
– Infertility Toggle: Sims who are infertile can’t become pregnant/impregnate others, even if their partner is an alien.
