1.) No Townie Aging by Cyjon
Suppresses the dialog that allows you to age townies.
2.) No Townie Runaways by Cyjon
Teens can no longer run away from homes they don’t actually live in. Any selectable teen can run away from home if they have bad/no relationships with everyone in the house. This can be annoying if you have made a visiting teen selectable for some reason, causing them to run away even though they don’t live there. With this mod only teens who belong to the current household can run away.
3.) No Townie Teen Jobs by Cyjon
Prevents townie teens from having jobs.
4.) Non-Townie Outfits by Cyjon
Prevents certain outfits and hairstyles from being selected for townies and newly-aged sims. They can still be chosen by the player.
5.) Townie Enthusiasm Seeder by Cyjon
Seeds townies with initial enthusiasm. This mod is necessary only if you create your own townies in CAS. When a new sim is created, the game initializes hobby enthusiasm. This involved picking the One True Hobby and if the sim is not a playable sim creating initial enthusiasm levels. If you create sims in CAS and then convert them to townies, they will have enthusiasm of 0 in all hobbies and will be unavailable as hobby friends and possibly for some other hobby functions. This mod finds townies and NPCs with 0 enthusiasm and marks them to be reinitialized. The change doesn’t happen right away, but over time it will slowly seed townies with appropriate enthusiasm. Again, this mod is not necessary for most players. You need it ONLY if you create custom townies, vacation locals, tourists or any other non-playable sim in CAS rather than letting the game generate them.
6.) Townie Job Blocker by Cyjon
You can give townies, downtownies and social group sims the Job Stopinator to prevent them from getting jobs.
7.) Townie Job Fix by Cyjon
Allows townies to have any job rather than being restricted to jobs from the base game. Updated to also fix teens and elders, and to use a more general routine that will allow townies to get custom jobs.
8.) Mr Big Diva And Slob Fix by Lenna9
In the unmodified game, when Mr. Big, Diva or Slob from Downtown are added to the family and reach maximum hobby enthusiasm, the game throws an error and the Sims don’t get a memory and diploma. This is now fixed.
9.) Townies Attending Parties Fix by Lenna9
In the unmodified game, if you invite downtownies or social group townies to a party, they will never show up – the message Missing some of your party guests… appears on the screen. This has been fixed.
10.) Fitness 4 All by Pescado

Townies, etc. can now become fit or fat as a result of their behavior so that the NL turn-ons may actually do something.
11.) GC Townie Fix by Pescado

Changes it so that the Garden Club townies are treated as “townies”, which
avoids bugs such as where when businesses are sold to a Garden Club townie, they remain owned by the townie and therefore can never be edited or played. Other issues pertaining to the odd, loopy state of Garden Club townies should also be avoided similarly.
12.) No Townie Children by Pescado
Townie children no longer regenerate when removed from the townie pool. Existing townie children are unaffected and continue to function normally. If removed from the pool, they will be replaced by adult townies.

This mod allows you to age up to 10 townie sims.
15.) Display Aspiration Score Changes by Squinge
This mod stops the game from resetting NPC & townie Sims aspiration scores,it also displays the score change when they get a want or a fear fulfilled, see screenshots.
16.) Townie Move In No Memory Loss by Squinge
This mod prevents the game from erasing townie’s memories when you marry them or move them in to your house.
17.) Down Townie Templates Be Gone by Worf84
With this mod installed new Down Townies created will no longer use the Down Townie templates and instead will be created from CAS’s templates(like normal Townies are created). Existing Down Townies will not be affected by this mod.
18.) Hats Enabled For Townies by Worf84
Allows the game to create townies and NPCs with hats, Like mods that enable glasses and facial hair this mod will only work with Maxis/EA content. Though custom content can be updated to do the same thing.
