Everything Sims 2

Hey guys,

Just wanted to come around and talk about what I’ve been working on. I sort of figured out a temporary home page-ish for the front but that still needs a lot of tweaking. But I basically made it to where I can add easier navigation on top without having to edit every single one of my 200 pages that I have. One day I’ll find a way to add drop down boxes for navigation but that’s a long time coming.

I put up a few Game Play Ideas I had that I’m currently using in my own Sims 2 neighborhoods. I thought these would be fun. I read about specifically how hard people have coming up with what to do with their elder Sims, which always shocks me, and let that idea for the website spiral. I’m happy to include other ideas that I see or hear about as well. I’m even open to entertaining a premade Sim area for all cross over scenario’s to try out.

That also goes in hand with Mod Request Ideas. I haven’t made a page for it but I do plan on including it on the Mod Page itself. I am not a programmer (at this time) but have ideas that I’d love to see. I’m open to putting out your requests as a post as well. They are sort of up for grabs for any mod creators looking for ideas/taking requests.

Some mods have been added to the Mods page as well.

1.) Lenna9‘s page has been fully categorized of all their mods into their appropriate categories.

2.) I added 4 new pages.

• Animal Mods – For non specific pet related mods. There are the Other Types of Pets and Wild Animals. This page falls some where in between, more for the penguin npc and skunk respectively but other similar action type mods.
• Text Replacer – A subcategory under Game Fixes. I remembered that there are a lot of text related mods that edit out grammar, add translations, and change names that it should have it’s own page.
• Lazy Personality– Made a new category called the Personality mods, mods based off a Sims personality. Before Playful Mods were listed under Social interactions, but these felt more akin to who a Sim is.
• Romance Mods– A new subcategory under Social Mods. Romance Mods are similar to the Dating and Relationship mods, depending on the function.

Two new creators have been added to the MTS Page for Mod Creators, Cathair2005 and Cedrigo. I will be adding their mods to the Mods By Category soon.
