8.) Garden Plot Vertical Position Fix + Bigger Compost Fertilizer Quality Boost by Mike1102
This mod basically makes the garden soil tile available in the Buy catalog under miscellaneous/miscellaneous as a Sims1 style garden plot in addition to the tool in the buid catalog. this essentially fixes the problem that plots placed on higher floors are shifted vertically to a position (1/3 x floor) higher than the floor tile when they are placed with the default tool in the build catalog.
