This is a big mod but it corrects the station and crates to a price setting more in line with normal food: a crate of Eggplants will sell for §240, Cucumbers, Strawberries and Pole Beans for §160, and the others for §80 a crate. 4.) Talk Faster To Plants And Trees by CtfG
This global hack reduces the time needed to talk to orchard trees and harvastable plants to about 20 – 25 minutes for a tree and 5 – 10 minutes for a plant. Still need a gold gardening badge to talk to tree’s.
5.) Charge Harvest on Community Lots by Cedrigo
This mod modifies how the sims harvest produce/fruit on community lots. Instead of “stealing” fruits and vegetables, they will be charged a small price for what they take.

Fixes an AL-introduced bug which causes crops to hang around as long as an hour after harvest.
7.) Harvestable produce restocking fix by Dickhurt
Produce comes in 3 different qualities: Bland, Tasty, Mouthwatering. Each quality type has a unique monetary value. So Mouthwatering Produce will sell for a higher price than Bland Produce. Fish come in all sorts of different species and sizes, each being worth a different amount of money.
There is a problem in the game code though. When you restock a produce item, it may be replaced with one of a different quality. So if you had a Bland Cucumber on sale for $11 and it got restocked with a Mouthwatering Cucumber, the sale price would still be $11 for that new Mouthwatering variety. The game should be setting the price to the value of that new Mouthwatering Cucumber, which is $34. Had you placed a brand new Mouthwatering Cucumber up for sale, the price would have been set for $34. So it is only restocking that is buggy.
Fish already restock correctly. But this hack will correct the problem for produce, by only allowing a piece of produce to be restocked with another one of the exact same type at the exact same quality. This way, you won’t be “giving away” your valuable Mouthwatering produce at super-low Bland prices.
Note: this hack essentially separates different qualities of produce into separate objects. So when you are out of a particular quality of the produce that is for sale, the game will display this standard message:
“There are no more harvestable items in the owner’s inventory. Harvest some more items and the out of stock products will be replaced.“
You may not actually be “out” of that item, but instead just out of it in the quality level that is required to correctly restock it.
8.) Farmers’ Set (With harvestable crops) by Echo
A mod that has more harvestable crops, sociable scarecrow, electric fences, and a decorative wheelbarrow.
Crops include: Apple Tree, grape vines, lettuce, red cabbage, and a basket.
The Social Scarecrow: As well as being good to kick for stress relief, this scarecrow is also able to boost a sim’s social points. The “Tell a Secret” option and the “Flirt” option both increase social. Flirt increases it more dramatically, but it is only available when the social motive drops below the half way mark.
Electric Fences: In order to easily add pie menu controls, these fence pieces are buy mode objects, not proper fence pieces. It will, however, completely block a sim from passing through it. The electric fence comes across three files, which are described below. When touched by a sim, said sim will experience a (not so) mild electric shock. One of the more swift ways of removing an unwanted sim.

Fish caught by customers of a business lot fishing area now go to their
inventory instead of the owner’s inventory. Fish caught by employees and family members of the owner of a community lot go to the owner’s inventory.
Fruit and vegetables harvested by family and employees of an owned business go to the owner’s inventory instead of the employee’s inventory.
Ending fishing now works correctly and no longer causes a jerky “skip” with
corresponding minor-sim-reset as if you had deleted his interaction object, and should no longer erase smartness. Autonomous fishing attempts should no longer repeatedly lag the crap from your game.
