1.) Quick Bedmaking by BoilingOil

Changes it to where in normal game play only lazy Sims will actively make their bed fast to all Sims will speed up the process on how quickly their beds are made.

2.) Easy Bed 091117 by Christianlov

Easy bed is an object which enables users to customize romantic interaction level between sims depending on user’s preference. Also you can turn on / off privacy and so on. Sims can have romantic interactions with sims of low relationship. Teen sims can have romantic interactions with teens or adult sims. Sims won’t shoo other sims when they are having romantic interactions. Sims will sleep with other sims of low relationship in one bed. Sims won’t trigger jealousy when they are having romantic interactions. You can choose “pregnancy chance”. Two options are provided. 60% (default) and 100%.

2.) Less Bed Making by Cyjon

Sims will no longer hike across the lot, through six doors, up three flights of stairs, and crawl across broken glass just to make a bed. They will autonomously make beds if they are in the same room.

3.) Less Relaxing by Cyjon

Can only relax in bed as long as the sim’s energy is > 40%. The purpose is to keep sims using sleepclock from relaxing when they are sleepy, thus missing the call to go to bed. The player can still order sims to relax in bed. This just affects autonomous behavior.

4.) Customizable chance of Death by Murphy Bed by Gummilutt

The way it’s coded by EA, Murphy beds have a 5% chance when opened to fall on the Sim and kill them. This only happens if the Sim has less than 5 body points, the Sim is in a bad mood when opening the bed and the random roll produces the right number. Which makes for a very frustrating trial and error if you for some reason want to induce Murphy bed death, or if you would just like it to happen now and then on it’s own.

This is a global mod that alters the chance of death by Murphy bed, and gives you the option of disabling the body skill and mood checks.

6.) No spoon when sharing bed by Gummilutt

You can simulate three Sims sharing a bed by placing a single bed with no frame in the middle of the bed, and using an inaccessible beds mod to let the third Sim get in to the middle bed. But if the two Sims in the double bed are in a relationship, they will quickly get in to the spoon position, which looks all kind of painful with a third Sim in the middle. 6.) No Death by Murphy Bed by Gummilutt

Murphy beds were introduced in Apartment Life, and they can be stowed away when not used. However, when a Sim tries to open it again, there is a risk that they drop it on themselves and die. This death had a 5% chance of happening, if a Sim had less than 5 body points and was in a bad mood at the time. But any chance might be too high a chance for some players, and now you have the option to make that chance zero.

These are two 2-in-1 obj Sofa bed works as a loveseat and a double bed. Chair bed is a single bed and an armchair.ects – sofa bed and chair bed. Functional. You can fold and unfold them. For real!

8.) Bed/Bedroom Mods by Lamare

I’ve always liked decorative bed blankets and pillows, but almost never used them. Clipping through sims would bug me, and no way I would remove those decorations by hand every time sims go to bed. This mod automatically hides decor located on a bed when sims go to sleep, relax or jump on that bed, and unhides it when they get out and make the bed

9.) Improved Sofa Bed and Chair Bed by Lamare

These are functional pull-out sofa and chair based on Ikea Ektorp set.
– No more waiting in Live Mode for newly bought beds to become fully functional
– No more untimely unhiding in visited neighbors’ apartment

10.) Use Inaccessible Bed by Lamare

With this mod sims will be able to use beds blocked by objects or placed by walls – sleep, relax, jump and make them. It’s inspired by Inge Jones’ mod, but very different from it. Sims won’t perform getting into bed in the wrong place. The mod uses complex routing and jumping animations for smoother look, even though not perfect.

11.) Same energy gain for any bed by Marhis

Children will have a fixed energy gain rate of 28 per hour, corresponding to the catalog value of 3, like the Caress of Teak bed. Teens, adults and elders will have an energy gain rate of 40 per hour, corresponding to a catalog value of 8-9, like the most expensive beds (Majestically Medieval and such). In conclusion, you can have e.g. an adult and a child share the same bed and refill their energy bar at a different rate, regardless the luxury of the bed itself: Colonial Ironwood bed has a built-in energy rating of 6, but the dad will gain energy like it were 9, and its son like it were 3.

– It’s a a global mod, therefore it works the same on every neighborhood and lot.
– It provides the same energy gain rate on any bed in game, regardless they’re Maxis or custom, overriding their settings.
– Children have a different (slower) energy gain rate, compared to adults, teens and elders.
– Comfort gain rate, on the other hand, is not modified: it will be the original one, built in with the bed.
– The energy rating value advertised in the catalog will still be shown as the original value, but it will matter no more

12.) Pets and Children share Bed by MogHughson

This is a mod that allows Pets and Children to use the bed at the same time. Pets can sleep or relax at the foot of the bed whilst the child sleeps or relaxes at the head of the bed. This only changes the behavior when a child is using the bed, there is no room at the foot of the bed when a Sim who is older than a child sleeps on it. Of course pets can already sleep on the unoccupied half of a double bed.

Tired of Sims suddenly going into an obsessive-compulsive bed-making spree that you can’t stop even if you X it out well before they get to the bed because they suddenly got this pointless urge from across the room? This hack makes “Make Bed” abortable like everything else, so if you X it out before they begin, the behavior will cease. No longer will your Sims waste an hour making the bed and miss work. Who the hell actually does this, anyway? You’re just gonna sleep in it again.

14.) Bedside Fix by Pescado

Fixes bug with double beds where sims no longer are capable of remembering which side is theirs, instead always going for the same side of the bed when trying to sleep, even if specifically told to go for the other side. Sims no longer continue to get in bed even if X’ed out before they do it. Bed failure due to privacy issues no longer renders bed unusable.

15.) Children Less Jumping On Beds by Squinge

This mod reduces the energy & comfort drain for children while they are jumping on beds it also increases the fun gain and has motive stop to prevent them from jumping on the bed all day.

This mod prevents sims from autonomously relaxing on all beds.

This mod is a remake of Inge’s own bed mod made to be compatible with Open for Business
